I lay on top of Ellie for a few moments after finding my release. Feeling her fingers entwine in my hair brings a smile to my face. I finally find the strength to move from top of her sometime later, laying on my back staring at the ceiling pondering my thoughts as to what just happened. I feel Ellie shift next to me, laying her head on my chest. I’m sure she can still feel my heart pounding in my chest from what just happened.
“So much for talking”
