I didn't need a seer to tell me that something was very wrong.
Leaving was the only thing on my mind now and the more Sophia tried to calm the situation, the more I knew I needed to get out. She surely had something up her sleeve and I didn't want to wait around to find out what it was.
I made myself clear again to them, just so they would be very sure that I didn't want to wait around. "I will be going back in to pack my things. I'll be leaving soon and I don't expect any of you to come disturbing me."
What I said seemed to anger Marcus because he whirled around, face red with anger again. I didn't want to hear whatever he had to say this time around. I wouldn't be surprised if he hit me again, so I made my way straight to my room right away.
