Rebecca's POV The mountain pass seemed intent on killing us on our journey here. It rained endlessly from the black sky in drops of rain, taking turns and making our path become a muddy stream full of slippery rocks. Lightning made sounds across the mountainsides, its voice loud through the hills like the roar of some giant creature hiding up there in the clouds. I tightened my cloak about me as I walked on.
