“This is how we take things easily and seriously at the same time,” Jackson answered, leaning backward with his two palms on the ground. “It’s not like we could stop them from watching us, anyway.”
Everyone nodded, agreeing with his statement.
Those beasts and weird creatures were more patient than any human could have ever been. They were willing to wait for months if that meant there would be a delicious meal afterward.
And given that they were still observing them, it means that there is a huge possibility for it to happen.
“But we’re protected, at least for now, isn’t it?” Raven asked, her tone unsure as she looked at the defenses. “I mean, from this side. I still remember that beast who tried chasing us the last time.”
