ANITA POV
The moment I opened my eyes, the first person I saw sitting right beside me was Lewis.
“Anita you are awake. Thank goodness. Are you okay? Do you need anything? Water, drink?” he asked.
“I am fine, although my head hurts badly.” I touched my temple.
“Here, swallow these pills. Zain got them from the doctor. He knew you would have a headache when you wake up.” he said as he passed some pills to me and offered me a glass of water.
I swallowed the pills and then drank the water before returning the empty glass to him.
“How did he know that?” I asked him.
“Well I can’t really say what is running in his mind. I guess he assumed you passed out because you were exhausted. But tell me, really, what happened to you?” he asked.
