“I don’t understand. What are you saying?” I asked in confusion.
“Did you forget all that happened last night?” he asked.
“What happened last night?” I asked, wondering what the hell he was talking about.
“When I picked you from the club and brought you home.” he answered.
I was about to ask what he meant by that when I recalled the dream of this morning.
“Are you saying it wasn’t a dream?” I asked, totally absentminded.
