BECKY POV
The front door opened, and my dad’s face greeted me with a large smile.
“Princess.” he said happily and hugged me.
“Daddy I missed you so much.” I smiled as I let him go.
“I missed you too, although we just saw briefly two days ago. What brings you here? You didn’t tell us you were coming.” he began to question.
“Daddy can you at least let me in first before you start to ask me all the questions you have to ask?” I asked, still smiling.
“Oh my bad. I am so sorry. Come in, my dear.” he said as he allowed me in.
I walked into my parents' house and took in the familiar scent.
It does feel good to be home.
