I noticed something different the moment I walked out of my house and even got to the hospital.
I was getting a weird look, which felt so uncomfortable.
Sometimes, I felt like people were talking behind my back, but whenever I turned, they all shut up and pretended nothing is going on.
I can sense something is going on, but I didn’t know what exactly was happening.
Class was normal, and it ended on time.
“Anita, come with me.” Becky said as she dragged me out of the classroom.
“Where are you taking me to, and why are you in a hurry?” I asked as I ran behind her.
“We need to hurry. It is an emergency.” she said.
We got out of the house, and she opened her car for me to get in.
“Where are we going?” I asked as she began to drive.
“We need to see Natasha.” she answered.
