Why was I being sold.... "Honey can you come down now!"my mom yelled.i huffed kicking off the sheets that coveted my body and lazily made my way down stairs "Mom what do you wa-."I didn't finish my sentence.when I saw some men in expense suits sitting in the dining room and all their attention on me.well my short shorts to be exact "Take a sit kiddo."my dad gave me a small smile as  slight sweat glistened on his forehead it only happened when he was nervous Taking a sit my gaze was on the two intimidating men standing they looked muscular as if in a gang with some scars and a few tattoos I could see,the other man had chestnut hair with brown ears,the second on had Raven hair with blue eyes My dad cleared his throat,disturbimg my thoughts "Honey uhm I don't know how to say this to you."my mom said fidgeting with the long pencil skirt she was wearing "We are giving you away."my dad finally spoke not meeting my eyes "Giving me away?"my brows knitted in confusion what does he mean give me away "These men here."my dad's voice cracked but he still tried to sound strong "are going to take you away."he muttered.as he blew a shaky breath "Wait your selling me?."I asked my own voice cracked.why would they do this.why was I being sold "I'm sorry sweetie."my mom sighed heavily,gulity looking at me her eyes held so much emotion sadness and quilt I then noticed her eyes were red and puffy Why was she crying,she didn't even help me,im sure her tears are fake "Valencia,its for your own good."my dad said as the man got up walking to me before I even had the chance to stand up and run I was caught quickly.and left dumbstruck how did they move so fast it's impossible Still in my thoughts I didnt even care that they were dragging me I didn't even know when I was in the car or when we reached the place The golden gates with bold cursive word written 'LUCA'S ROMANO'and gasped no way  No way no way I repeated the same words clenching my eyes shut  This can't be happening I was being sold to the beast
