Ember's POV The next day was slow, smothering and suffocating, making me feel as if I was stuck beneath a layer of wet cement. Other times, it felt like I was buried in a coffin underground, with no room to breathe. I woke up looking extremely sleep deprived, with eyes that were red and bloodshot due to the lack of sleep.
