Killian's POV
I told myself I wouldn't be there the next day.
Naturally, I wasn't supposed to be. I had no business getting foot in their campus, not when my appearance there had caused a ruckus and stirred some messy waters the day before.
Just like I thought, the news had eventually made its way back to the club. I heard many of the boys discussing it and that undoubtedly meant that Cole was in the know as well.
He however, didn't call for me, nor come looking for me and I would have assumed he found no fault in it if I didn't know Cole better than that.
He eventually would, it was either that he was stuck doing something else or that there were too much matters that required his focus than for him to spare me any attention.
The latter had to be it, I just knew it.
