The child of the moon

I wake up, it's late and I should go out and hunt but I'm not that hungry. so instead I clean the house, tomorrow I a big day and I can't wait. my mother always come visit 3 days before my birthday, she is the moon goddess. I know that may be weird but that is just how it is. when she comes we have dinner and she always brings me a gift from her castle on the moon.  Anyway, my name Is luna, no not as my title but it is my name... I am almost 17 years old and I live all alone I a Forrest. wired yes, but that does not even cover is, I can't come out of this forest and no-one can come in... so yeah its been pretty lonely out here.  After I'm done cleaning the house I decided that I'm hungry anyway so I shapeshift into my pure white wolf. I can hunt with bow and arrow but this I more fun and after all, I loved my first 8 years here as a wolf, because my mother thought that I would be safer for me that way, and I guess she was right, it was at least easier to take care of myself that way.  On my hunt I chase a small rabbit, but just as I'm about to make my move and take is I get a whiff of something bigger many a deer or a stag? something along those lines certainly. I go after the smell and I was right, a big stag stands and eats close to the Leake I normally bathe in. within two minutes the stag is dead and I eat. when I'm done I take a swim in the Leake to get the blood out of my fur. on my way out of the water, I shift back to my human body and walk home. I'm dry as I get in the house and dark has already surrounded the house and me. I go straight to bed and I just can't wait till tomorrow to see my mother.
