Chapter Forty-Two

ETHAN'S POV

After half hour I went to claim a dance with Sienna. I couldn't wait much longer, I simply just wanted Sienna for myself.

"Charlie, I believe Will is still waiting for a dance. I also believe your hogging our princess" I say and Charlie laughs saying "Okay, but I'm coming back for a dance later" and Sienna says "I can't wait" as Charlie steps aside to let me have a dance.

"Have fun" Charlie says walking away "I will" I say pulling Sienna close and looking at her as we start to dance to the music.

"Have you noticed Harry and Lola are arguing?" Sienna says

"Hmm, we all have. Don't worry about it they argue all the time. I'm sure there make up in a minute" I say.

"I feel me coming back has caused Harry's problems tonight. I will have to apologise" Sienna says.

"Don't you dare apologise for coming back. She will get over whatever her issue is. Trust me" I say and Sienna says "I hope your right" I swing Sienna around before pulling her back to me and we continue dancing

"I know, I'm right" I say before then stealing a quick kiss and Sienna kisses me back as we continue dancing.

We then hear Lola and Harry shouting and it sounds like it's getting closer as we hear Lola shouting "No Harry, you want us to be friends it's cool we can be friends just wait and see".

Me and Sienna both look at each other before we stop dancing to what's going on. "I swear I won't hesitate to throw you out personally, don't say you haven't been warned" Harry say. We see them both heading in our direction even Maria is following looking really pissed off and ready to beat the s**t out of someone which takes me by surpise as I've never seen her look so angry before.

"Sienna, we need a word" Lola says within a few steps of us. "Sure" Sienna says looking at Lola smiling but this smile actually doesn't seem genuine it seems more intrigued.

"Let me introduce myself" Lola says but she raises her hand to slap Sienna around the face. Oh I'm instantly pissed off but before anyone has time to react to protect Sienna, Sienna has already blocked Lolas arm then done some kinda drop swivelling kick dropping Lola to the ground before Sienna is then stood above Lola. I look at Harry like did that just happen and he is just as shocked as me. If Lola wasn't already on the ground I swear I'd of thought my eyes were playing tricks..

"Let me Introduce myself as well. I'm Sienna and I hoped we could of been friends. Seems you don't want to be friends. Well a little more about me I don't accept anyone raising there hands to me. The only reason your not leaving this place in a ambulance right now is because your Harry's girlfriend. But I promise you next time you go to hit me I won't stop in making sure you do. Not only that I will do such a good job that I will be the surgeon you need to fix you. Oh and I would fix you just to prolong your pain, you would then have to be greatful to me for saving your nasty as life. So play nice " Sienna says shocking us

"Your lucky, it was Sienna who put you on your ass and not me because you would of needed plastic surgery if it was me" Maria says coming to stand next to Sienna

"Since when did the our lasses turn bad ass?" Charlie says running with Sid behind him.

"We were always bad ass, we just let you lads think you more bad ass" Maria says and Sienna high gives Maria as Harry leans down and say to Lola "You where on thin ice already, We had a chance to work this all out. Until you upset not one but both the princesses in this circle.. there the most caring women I know. So for them to both want to rip your head off in one night you totally f****d up" Harry then stands up and says "Neil take the trash out for me" before turning to walk away. Lola starts screaming as she stands up to chase after Harry but Neil already had her as Sienna runs off to Harry to make sure he is okay.

"Damn, did you see them moves Sienna pulled" I say to Sid and Charlie.

"See them, Man I was air punching the air in freaking excited as I hurried over seeing that" Charlie says.

"We didn't teach her them kinda moves. She has clearly learned some kinda marshal arts" Sid says as we all hurry after Sienna and Harry.

"Actually it was only because most the women in the hospital took up the free classes after a spat of attacks happened on the female staff to and from work. But man we all had alot of fun learning lots to cool stuff. There's now a hospital practically full of bad ass female staff that doesn't take any s**t" Sienna says loudly for us all to hear as she links arms with Harry.

"Your teach me that move though, won't you?" Maria says and Sienna laughs saying sure will. I will have Tilly help as well" Sienna says.

"Who's Tilly?" Charlie asks.

"Your all meet Tilly real soon. Your all going to love her. We are going to take the hospital by storm" Sienna says as we reach the seating area and Sue says "What was all that about?"

"Don't worry, it's been dealt with mum" Sienna says.

SIENNA'S POV

The club had cleared out and me and Maria where both sat with our feet up on the table as everyone except my parents had gone home.. music was still playing but low in the background whilst drinks where flowing. Everyone had so many questions for me and I was ready for sleep.. except I also wasn't ready for the night to end.. I thought I may even fall asleep right here.

My phone started ringing with a video call and I see it was Tilly. I already missed her like crazy. I see Tilly is still in her scrubs looking tired and stressed as I answer the video call.

"Hey Tilly, how's our babys doing?" I ask and everyone looks at me strange.

"That's what I'm ringing about" Tilly says and I sit up straight as I say "Whats happened? which one is it? I made sure I left knowing they were fine" I say starting to panic.

"Calm down there still doing amazing and set to be discharged on time. But the media got wind that we have separated the conjoined triplets. All our names have been leaked as well. Lacey is beside herself as she got hounded coming in from popping home for fresh clothes. Staff are just as angry. I'm dreading leaving here as they even have our damn pictures. I may even sleep in the on call room. Anyway I wanted to give you a heads up incase you haven't heard since you were the leading surgeon. One report from what I can tell they already know your back in the UK which is mental. I have a feeling a member of staff might be behind it" Tilly says looking besides herself.

"Okay, breath. We knew this would happen eventually. It will blow over. Have security assist you to the car or get pops to come get you, no one will mess with that man" I say

"I know, but I've just pulled a eight hour surgery and to tired to deal with this right now. I've spent the past few hours consoling Lacey. She wanted to talk with you and I said you were unavailable. I know you were nervous about going home so didn't want to add to that stress" Tilly says.

"I'm good, tell Lacey I will check in tomorrow. But to stay calm we all prepared for this. We just have to do it a little sooner. The main thing is our babys are safe and healthy" I say.

"I know. Where are you its pretty dark? How did it go with everyone?" Tilly asks..

"Look, say hi to everyone and everyone say hi to Tilly.. I'm still in the club, I can give you a tour if you want" I say showing tilly everyone on my phone and everyone says "Hi Tilly" Tilly then says "Ahh, hi everyone" I then stand up and show Tilly the night club and she says "Damn it Sienna, that place looks well cool.. why did we end up in that small club in London Halloween.. We so would of won the bet with the others if we had been in this place we could of gotten way more selfies"

"Hold up, you went to a London club last Halloween?" Charlie asks

"Uh, yeah. Neil would recognise my ID here" I say laughing

"Hang, on we went to a nightclub in London last Halloween. There was a couple Irish doctors dressed up and I even swore one of them seemed familiar except there Irish accent. We were asked for Selfies. One even bargained with Harry who could down the shot first they would win a selfie with them or he would win a round of drinks for our group" Ethan says.

"Aye, I know. If you want copy's of the selfies I can send ya all them" I say putting on my Irish accent.

"Oh, my f*****g god. You were so damn close we were practically hugging in them selfies and I had no idea I was next to my sister!" Sid shouts making me and Tilly laugh.

"Well I'm great with Halloween make overs don't you think?" Tilly says

"But why didn't you say anything?" Harry asks.

"Uh, because I knew I wouldn't escape the country again. I was home sick so when I found out you all were off to London for a Halloween night out we also just happened to be in the same place. The selfies where actually a thing though with our friends. We lost and had to pay for the next night out" I say.

"Yeah, but you nearly did clock a few months back at Siennas mum's house. We wanted to surpise Sue and Ian and had no idea a bbq was about to take place. We hid out upstairs. Who was it again Sienna who heard us and we had to go hide under blankets on top shelfs in the wardrobe. It was so close and so funny" Tilly says

"Uh, I think it was Harry and Ethan.. they thought they were going crazy. We had to text. I mean it wasn't until Maria came and dragged the boys out saying they can't hide from the fun that we managed to get out the closet. Then we snuck out and Harry nearly caught us again, we dived into bushes whilst he was out on the front porch looking to see if anyone was around" I say laughing.

"I don't know if I like you anymore princess. I remember that day. I thought I was actually going crazy and assumed I just missed you so much I was imagining hearing your voice" Harry says.

"Any other times?" Charlie asks.

"No, the rest of the times we were just lucky not to get noise complaints whilst getting drunk at Siennas House. By the way who ever did the bar room is a man after my own heart. Just wow" Tilly says.

"That would be me" Harry says perking up and I say "You know Harry the reason why I like Tilly so much is because she reminded me of home.. mainly because of her drinks cabinet which is basically a replica of yours. Her family own an amazing little pub in Ireland. you would love it" I say

"Aye, Sienna did say she plans to drag you out to see my familys pub. I said, I look forward to meeting someone with a passion like mine for drinks" Tilly says.

"Don't worry your meet Harry new years" I say.

"I can't wait. Anyway I'm exhausted and just see dickwit heading for the on call room so I need to run and get it first" Tilly says making me laugh.

"Don't forget to tell him next time he needs to be faster then the grandads at the nursing home. catch you later. Give our lacey and babys my best wishes" I say

"Will do. bye" Tilly says and I end the call.

"I like Tilly she seems cool" Harry says.

"You would like Tilly purely for her drinks cabinet" Sid says

"I dunno, I reckon there become better friends than me and Tilly if its even possible" I say

"I can't believe you fooled us all. Would you of even told us ever?" Ethan asks..

"Yeah, of course I would of. Although it was funny, you looked at me and questioned me the most. unlike these lot" I say laughing remembering it all to well.

"I even said you remind me of someone" Ethan says and I laugh even harder as I say "I know, you had me a little scared, I was going to be caught out. I knew who I reminded you of because I was that person" I say and everyone starts laughing as well.

"Well, since secrets are coming out. I have to say you lot really are not that clever. I worked out Sienna was seeing her parents a long time ago. I even started seeing Sienna with Jordan once a month with Sue and Ian" Maria says looking at me and we laugh..

"You as well" Sid says pointing at Maria

"Yeap, But I swear I didn't take the decision lightly to not tell you. I could already see that Sienna was doing better and She clearly needed it. If I thought otherwise I'd of gathered you all to come up with a plan" Maria says

"It's true, Maria did grill me. To be fair it took some convincing as she originally wanted to tell you all" I say yawning.

"Yeah, plus Sienna is back now and your all happy again. No harm done" Maria says resting her head on my shoulder.

"I'd say grill them both more but I fear there about to fall asleep on us" Ethan says.

"Yeah, time to get you both home" Charlie says laughing

"Sienna, you want to come stay at ours tonight?" Maria says

"Nah, I've my own place now. I can sleep in as long as I like. By the way it reminds me. You all did an amazing job fixing it up for me. I do truly love it" I say making no effort to move as Sid stands up walking towards us.

"You can thank us with a epic house warming party" Harry says as Charlie starts to wake Will up which is when I realise we were already one person down.

"Come on up you get" Sid says holding his hands out to both me and Maria.

"Okay, I'm coming. Sienna how are you getting home?" Maria asks.

"I will share a cab with Harry at least since he lives a street away" I say.

"Good shout princess. Ethan can share with us since Will and Charlie will share a cab to theres" Harry says
