Chapter Thirty-One

ETHAN'S POV

"Ethan, Charlie is on the phone and he wants to talk with you. Afterwards can you come tell me what your favourite clothes are?" U hear Sienna say as she comes into the kitchen as I'm getting everything ready to make breakfast after making us drinks..

"Okay" I say passing Sienna her drink as she hands me the phone

"Morning Charlie? Is everything alright?" I ask.

"No, its not and before you ask whats wrong make sure Sienna can't hear our conversation" Charlie says.

"Okay, I will just go see if I can find it hang on a moment" I say smiling at Sienna then I say "Charlie thinks he may of left something here the weekend. I'm just going to check, how about I meet you in the bedroom in a minute?"

"Okay" Sienna says and we both head the out kitchen. Sienna for my room and me for the room Charlie stayed in to make it more believable.

When I reached the room I close the door quietly then say "Okay, Sienna can't hear us what's going on?"

"She rang me in a right meltdown. Something about Clive and favourite clothing. Go find your favourite t-shirts and Hoodie and just make her wear it without fear of upsetting you for the love god" Charlie says

"What, I told Sienna anything was fine and I wouldn't be mad even if she did choose my favourite clothing" I say

"I know. But clearly she is overthinking it, I tried to assure her myself but unless she sees the actions I don't think she is going to fully believe it" Charlie says.

"Alright, leave it to me" I say.

"Okay, I need to go but good luck" Charlie says

"Thanks, I will speak to you later and let you know how it goes. Have a good day" I say and then Charlie says "Bye" before hanging up.

I then go to my room and see Sienna took looking at the clothes like she was when I left her in here before. I thought she had been seeing what options there were not fretting over what to not wear.

"Would it just make it easier if I just choose you some clothes instead?" I ask.

"Yeah, that would be great" Sienna says looking relieved as she then sit on the bed.

"Okay, any preferences in what type of clothing?" I ask.

"Um, a t-shirt and jumper would be great. I'm going to wear my jeans again anyway" Sienna says.

"Okay" I say the go grab my favourite t-shirt being a blue and ben sherman brand. Then my favourite light blue bench hoodie. I pass them to Sienna saying "I think these will look great on you.

"Thanks" Sienna says taking them as she stands up.

"Go on then I can't wait to see how good your look in my clothes" I say smiling

"I will look like any other human being in clothes" Sienna says looking at me as if I'm crazy.

"Well if you don't want to wear any clothes I won't mind that either. You choose" I say winking knowing im probably pushing my luck but anything will be better than Sienna fretting over clothes.

"No, these are good" Sienna says going red in the face as she then practically runs out the bedroom for the shower room and I can't help laughing to myself as I go back to make breakfast.

SIENNA'S POV

After a great breakfast Ethab quickly showered and said for me to wait for him as he wanted to walk me out to my car. I don't know what had got into him this morning but over breakfast he kept smiling like he was up to something and I was starting to wonder what he was up to. But I also wasn't sure I wanted to know either.

"Okay, is this office suitable?" Ethan says coming out in a grey suit, black shirt as well as a grey tie.

"Not to good looking for work? I don't want to be chasing the women off at work with a stick" Ethan say laughing and I pick a cushion up and throw it at him saying "You dare mock me" but he only laughs saying "Okay, I won't tease you anymore. You ready to go? As much as I'd libe to stay and hide away with you all day again I really have to go into work today".

"Yeah, I'm ready" I say getting my bag.

I walk towards the front door and wait for Ethan to get his shoes on. Once he is all ready he takes my hand and interlinks our fingers saying "Okay let's go princess" while smiling still.

"Your way to happy for someone off to work" I say wanting to see if I can maybe figure out if Ethan is indeed plotting something.

"Is it a crime to be happy?" Ethan asks.

"No, but hour happier than usual" I say

"Can you blame me? I got to spent time with you, and you said we could try dating" Ethan says.

"Okay then" I say thinking that's all it is as we reach my car.

"What do you have planned today?" Ethan says as I unlock my car..

"I haven't decided yet" I say

"Well whatever you decide, I hope you have a good day" Ethan says.

"I hope you have a good day at work as well" I say then I give Ethan a hug before opening my door and getting into it as Ethan say "Oh, dont worry I will" Whilst I put my seatbelt on.

"Thats good then" I say and I shut the door while waving bye. Ethan just stands there smiling and I put the key in the ignition as Ethan then taps the window. I look to see he is motioning for me to unwind my window.

I unwind the window and say "Are you not going to be late for work?"

Ethan leans down so we are eye level as I look him wondering what he wants then he says "No, I won't be. I just have one more thing to say though then I will leave you to enjoy your day".

"Whats that?" I ask and then Ethan says "Be ready for seven this evening. I will pick you up for our first official date" before I can say anything Ethan leans in and kisses my lips quickly before then leaning back saying "Drive safe" and with that he then walks off to his car while in stunned for a moment.

I lean out my car window and say "What do you mean we are going on our first official date? When was even our not official date? Where are we going? What should I wear?" But I only hear Ethan laughing as he unlocks his car.

"Ethan don't make me come chase you down at work. I need to know" I say as Ethan opens his car door and then looks at me saying "Wear my hoodie and t-shirt after all I love seeing you in my favourite clothes. Dont forget Seven pm" with that he gets into his car door smiling like a cat who has got there cream. His favourite clothes I think to myself before realising Charlie must have told him.

I get my phone out and send a message in the group chat saying

Charlie just wait until I see you. As for you Ethan we will be having words later.

I put my phone down and look to see Ethan reading the message as he starts his car up laughing. Then he looks at me and smiling as he waves and I decide I've had enough as I drive off yet I see him laughing still.

ETHAN'S POV

The morning went by fast as I dealt with a few work matters as well as had the wheels in motion for tonight's date. I was super excited and decided I would go tell Sid all about it over lunch. Lunch would even be my treat since I was in a super great mood.

"Hey, you all finished for the morning and want to go for some lunch?" I ask strolling into Sids office.

"Yeah, save me from this hell" Sid says typing away

"Alright, well I will just use the mens room before we leave.. be ready to go in five" I say.

"Okay, sure" Sid says and with that I head for the men's room.. just before I leave the office Sid says "Oh, by the way what did you and Charlie do to annoy Sienna this morning? I was half expecting her to ring me and tell me all about it but I've not heard anything" Sid says

"I will tell you all about it over lunch" I say leaving the office.

When I get back from the mens room the door is slightly open and I hear Sid saying "Okay, so you have a date with Ethan tonight. So how come you need my help?"

I look between the gap and I see Sienna has her back to me still wearing my hoodie which I'm happy about but I can tell her arms are crossed.

"Because he won't tell me where we are going. Instead he drove off laughing. So you need to find out. I swear him and Charlie stitched me right up this morning. Now I'm wearing Ethans favourite hoodie and when I asked what should I wear thats when he told me im wearing his favourite hoodie and I should wear this" Sienna says

"And that's a problem because?" Sid asks.

"Because what if its a fancy restaurant I'm going to look like a right i***t wearing a hoodie. I need to know where we are going so I can dress accordingly" Sienna says

"I'm sure you won't look like a right i***t, why don't you ask Ethan yourself. Isnt dating ment to be fun and exciting? You look stressed and worried all over a date. Are you sure your ready to go on a date?" Sid asks and I really want yo hear this answer.

"Yes, I'm sure. Jesus I should of asked Maria she would understand that women naturally stress about outfits for going on dates. I said to Ethan we would try dating once or twice a week and see how it goes, I thought we would just decide together where and when. But that man already got it planned out. You should of seen him grinning like he won the lottery. Dont get me wrong I'm excited and curious to see what he has uo his sleeve, but I'd like to know the dress code at least" Sienna says and I walk in while Sid says "Okay then just ask Ethan again"

I wrap my arms around Siennas waist as I say "Trust me you look perfect for where we are going. Its no where you need to dress up like a fancy restaurant like thought. But don't worry we will eat food just not surrounded by anyone".

"You should of just told me that instead of laughing" Sienna says

"Okay, now will you stop stressing out?" I say

"Fine, what are you doing here anyway?" Sienna asks.

"Going for lunch with Sid, you want to join us?" I ask..

"No, I only popped in to see Sid quickly before going to view a place with dad this afternoon" Sienna says

"Where is this one to?" Sid asks

"A street away from Harry's place so it might be promising" Sienna says.

"Okay, let's me know how it goes. By the way talking of Harry anyone know what time he wants us round for dinner tomorrow night?" Sid asks.

"Four pm, you know we are all staying right then heading off for Christmas shopping in London at like seven am Sunday?" Sienna says

"Yeah, you want to car share on the way over?" Sid asks.

"Sure, pick me up on your way through tomorrow" Sienna says.

"How about you Ethan, we can take turns driving that way" Sid asks.

"Yeah, go for it" I say

"Brilliant, now let's go for lunch" Sid says standing up.

I let go of Siennas but take her hand in mine as I say "Come on princess, I will walk you to your car first".

"How about I walk you to your car instead" Sienna says and Sid starts laughing as I instantly say "Oh hell no, you didn't get away with that beforehand what makes you think you can get away with it now. We shall walk you to your car" Sienna starts laughing as well and I'm not sure who is laughing more as Sid asks "Why do you want to walk Ethan to his car for? Has he suddenly turned into the princess instead?".

"Haha" I say as Sienna says "No, this way there will be no more stunts like he pulled this morning".

"What stunts where they?" Sid asks while I can't help smiling how stunned Sienna looked when I gave her a kiss goodbye.

"He stole a kiss quicker than lightening. Gone as quick as the flash that I barely had time to register it. All before blabbering on about a first official date which reminds me. When was our first non official date because I certainly wasn't informed" Sienna says and Sid is still snickering as he looks between us both suddenly amused as we wait for the lift.

"Uh, I did say that didn't I? hmm, I will have to think. Um, no we didn't have any unofficial dates but I'd gladly makes some happen" I say winking at Sienna and she rolls her eyes while trying not to laugh and smile as she says "You've gone insane. Sid over your lunch have a word because I've onky the mental capacity of my own insane mind right now" and the lift doors open and we all walk in as Sid says "Aww, you only just realised that. I could of told you that years ago".

"Dont you start, before long I will be hiding out with Harry since he is the only one not to be annoying today" Sienna says

"Well its in my job description as your brother, As for everyone else take it up with them" Sid says laughing.

"Haha, I will just you wait and see" Sienna says.

"I will look forward to it as well as send a warning message fo Charlie. I'm sure like me he won't be afraid" I say laughing and Sienna says "Oh you should be, maybe start sleeping with one eye open. Remember I know where you live and we all have keys" Sienna says whilst looking like she should just be plotting something as her mind looks likes its ticking over. The lift doors open and we walk out.

"That reminds me, I moved as of a hour ago" I say

"Yeah from your office buildings to mine" Sid says.

"Yeah, even that looks like it was so much effort you aged a decade with the added grey hair it gave you" Sienna says.

"Who are you calling old" I say as we exit the building and Sid says

"Alright, where did you park?.

"Over there" Sienna says pointing out her car in the car park.
