It has been a week since Topaz decided to study at home. Jethro missed her so much but he knew she wanted to be alone.
He was constantly pounding his head thinking of what he had done to cause her to stop from going to school.
The weekend he spent at her place went well. Although half of the time they were together with her Mom, Jethro knew that the day went well.
He looked at his phone again. It has been five days since he received a text message from Topaz.
No more good morning texts.
No more good nights.
But this did not stop him from texting her.
But as the days passed without a reply, it started to bother Jethro.
He could not help but grabbed one of his pillows and throw it to his door.
And just like it was fate, it opened just a few seconds before the pillow fell to the ground.
“Well good morning grumpy head. Throwing a fit on your pillow I see.” Clyde said as he grabbed the pillow on the ground.
“Not today please.” Jethro was not in the mood to explain to Clyde. He was in no mood for everything.
“Come on, spill it. You ain’t going to bring my car anywhere unless you tell me what’s bothering you on such a lovely weekend.” It was one of the subtle threats that Clyde usually gives Jethro. Most of the time it works.
