Jake grunted angrily as they made their way towards the pack house. Their search that day had been fruitless also. The lead they thought they had had been miscalculated and before they arrived there, the place was already deserted.
He wished they had been a little earlier and he was able to get his hands on Hazel. He would have hid her so that Javion would not be able to take her. He cannot be angry at the men since there was nothing they could do, Javion was stronger than them and only him would kill them in a couple of seconds without batting an eyelid.
