Visiting family

Yuna arrived home first after dropping off Ezra. He flopped down on the couch, muttering, “Oh, this couch is so uncomfortable. I’m just too lazy to go upstairs.” Meanwhile, he was startled by the sound of the door opening. “Wait! You’re here?” Yuna exclaimed. “You already dropped Becca off? That was fast.” “Her dorm isn’t that far from campus,” Boun replied. “And yes, she has a new place. Moved in with her girlfriend.” Yuna raised an eyebrow. “I still haven’t met her girlfriend. What faculty is she in?” “She’s majoring in arts,” Boun explained. “That’s why you won’t see her around much.” Yuna hesitated, then looked at Boun’s strong, thick arms. “Boun, my feet hurt. I need a massage.” Boun turned to the bodyguard standing nearby. “Make a reservation at the spa. I’ll be taking care of Yuna.” “No!” Yuna protested. “I don’t want to go to the spa. I want you to massage me.” Boun sighed. “Fine. Move over.” He sat on the couch and began gently rubbing Yuna’s tiny feet. “That feels good,” Yuna murmured, slowly dozing off from the soothing touch. “You’ll wake up with neck pain if you sleep on this couch without a pillow,” Boun said. “Let me grab one from your room.” “No!” Yuna grabbed Boun’s shirt. “Don’t go. Stay with me.” Boun hesitated, then lay down next to Yuna. “If you’re worried about my neck, lay down with me. I prefer your chest over a pillow.” Yuna rested his head on Boun’s chest, smiling. “You always smell so good.” “Boun,” Yuna whispered. “Do you think we’ll stay together forever? Will you ever leave me?” Boun’s response was immediate. “Not in a million years. I’ll always be by your side, taking care of you.” “You promise?” Yuna asked. “I promise,” Boun said softly. “Now stop thinking too much and take your nap.” Yuna closed his eyes, cuddling up to Boun. After a few minutes, Boun dozed off too, their warmth and trust cocooning them in a peaceful embrace. About 3 hours later, Boun suddenly woke up from the vibration of his phone. “Ah, what now?” “s**t!” he muttered. “How did we sleep for three hours, Yuna? Yuna! Yuna, wake up! It’s already 5 PM. Let’s have dinner.” Yuna slowly opened his eyes, stretching his arms and legs. “What time did you prepare dinner? You didn’t even move from here,” he yawned. “I wanted to cook something, but I didn’t want to disturb you from your nap,” Boun explained. “So, I ordered dinner.” Ding dong! “Oh, that must be the delivery man,” Boun said. “Go freshen up while I get the door.” Boun retrieved the delivery and started setting the table for dinner. “Hurry! The dinner will get cold.” “I’m coming!” Yuna hurried over. “Be careful. I told you not to run on the stairs anymore; you’ll hurt yourself. You just never listen to me, do you, Nu Yuna?” “I’m sorry, but you told me to hurry,” Yuna replied, smiling. “Just sit down and have your dinner,” Boun said. They sat down and began eating. “What are you doing after dinner?” Yuna asked. “Dad sent me some documents for the new business deal,” Boun said. “I have to go through those, and that’s it. And you? What are you going to do?” “I’m just going to play some video games and go to bed after,” Yuna replied. “Is the chicken fine? I know you like it spicy; I ordered spicy,” Boun asking with a curious face. “Mmmh, it’s delicious. I love it,” Yuna replied, smiling. “It’s good that you know me so well.” Why is he smiling so cutely? Boun wondered. He just never wants to let me breathe. “I’m satisfied. I’m heading to my room,” Yuna announced. “Good night,” Boun replied. “Oh, I forgot to tell you that Suna is coming over tomorrow to check up on you,” Boun added. “She sent me a message.” “What time?” Yuna asked. “I’m not sure. Just expect her,” Boun said. “Okay!” Yuna ran up the stairs. A clattering sound was heard, he had trip and pushed down a vase. “Yuna! I told you to be careful,” Boun called after him. “Sorry!” Yuna’s voice echoed back. “I’m fine though, there is a broken vase here send someone to clean it up. I’m going to bed. Ah, he never listens to me, Boun thought, shaking his head. The next day the two went off to campus for lectures. Boun had a full day so he couldn’t take Yuna home. Yuna returned home from college, opening the door to find Suna waiting inside. “Dammit, Suna! You startled me. How did you get in?” Yuna exclaimed. “You know the password?” Suna grinned. “Boun sent it to me,” she replied, pulling Yuna into a hug. “I missed you. Home just feels different without you making noise with your video games.” Yuna chuckled. “You always complained about the noise, and now you miss it?” They stared at each other, sharing a moment of familiarity. Suna gestured toward the kitchen. “Do you want something to drink? Boun bought some sodas—your favorite flavor, too.” “Look at you, acting all grown,” Suna teased. “You know how to take care of your visitors.” “Of course,” Yuna said, handing her a soda. “So, how are Mom and Dad?” “They’re going crazy,” Suna sighed. “They feel like they’ve lost their baby since I moved out. Maybe I should visit more often to ease their worries.” “But you’re not alone,” Suna pointed out. “You’re with Boun, and he takes care of you better than anyone.” Yuna nodded. “I know. Mom’s always worried for no reason.” Suna’s expression softened. “Your place is lovely, by the way. You two have comfortably settled in.” Yuna blushed. “Yeah, I’m more comfortable than ever. And I feel closer to Boun than ever.” Suna leaned in, her voice gentle. “Yuna, as your big sister, I’ll say this: Everyone can see what’s going on between you two. If you really want to be with Boun, I’m happy for you. But remember, once you cross that line, there’s no going back. You risk losing years of friendship.” Yuna met her gaze. “I didn’t fall in love with Boun; I grew in love with him. It’s beyond my control.” Suna squeezed his hand. “I’ll always be here if you need someone to talk to.” “Thank you, sis,” Yuna whispered. “aww, my baby! I cant believe you’ve grown so much that I now get to watch you have your own love story. Come here.” She hugged him tightly as smile lines grew on her face. Her eyelids wrinkled with joy as she thought of the happiness of the two. Cheers to Your First Love, Little Bro! Cheers! They giggled. After dropping off Becca, Boun headed to his parents’ house, taking his phone to call Yuna. “Dammit! Why isn’t he picking up my call? Ah, right. He must be distracted and busy chatting with Suna,” Boun thought. Upon arriving at his parents’ house, Boun greeted Soun. “What’s up, lil bro?” Soun asked. “I’m good. Where’s everyone?” Boun inquired. “Dad is in his office. We were going through the documents he sent you,” Soun replied. “Mom and Goun went out for shopping,” Soun continued. “Ahh, I see why the house is so quiet,” Boun remarked. The two continued chatting as they headed to Mr. Ritthirong’s office. Knock! Knock! “Come in!” Mr. Ritthirong’s voice echoed from inside. “Afternoon, Dad,” Boun greeted. “Afternoon, my son. How’s college treating you?” Mr. Ritthirong asked. “So far, everything is fine. We’re adapting,” Boun replied. “That’s great. Didn’t you come with Yuna?” Mr. Ritthirong inquired. “No, he dropped off his friend and headed home to wait for Suna to come over,” Boun explained. “Great! As long as he’s okay. I thought you would bring him along today,” Mr. Ritthirong said. “So, what do you think about the documents I sent you? I already went through them with Soun. We’re waiting for your feedback since you’re the one in charge of these kinds of deals.” “Well, I went through them last night too, and I think everything is clearly fine. The conditions are fair for both parties. But I want to meet up with Zano so we can discuss more in detail!” Boun replied. “Great! We’re okay with everything too. We’ll discuss and finalize everything with the Suriya family in the next meeting,” Mr. Ritthirong confirmed. “You two want to join me for a drink?” Mr. Ritthirong stood up. “I feel like it’s been long since I chatted with my two sons.”
