4.THE PHOENIX MOON PACK

Yasmin POV

we woke up at 9:30am since there was no more schooling, we took quick showers and had breakfast.We grabbed our luggage to Kara's car,settled in, and we set off to Kara's pack. I pulled my phone out connected it to the Bluetooth,searched for the play lists and within seconds the car was on fire from screaming and all.

“I am over youu en a don't need your lies no more, cause the truth is without you boy am stronger and I know its sad that I changed have a cold heart but it was your game that left scars ooo am over you don't call me up am going out tonight feeling good now you outta ma mind.." we sang at the top of our voices .

As minutes passed by, we left the town and all I could see was the high way between forests so I decided to ask her about the pack.

"Kara I want you to tell me about the pack ,about organization,how am I

supposed to behave stuff like that " I asked

"I was told that my Dad retired so my brother is the Alpha now which means you will call my parents by their names they won't mind and we behave like humans except that we shift and we have our laws but you will know them once we are there" she answered

“You said that your brother is Alpha so who is the luna?" I asked

“For now there is no Luna my brother hasn't found his mate yet, so he is helped by the Gamma and the beta" she answered looking ahead as she drives.

“Uhm how do you tell that this is your mate ?" I asked I mean don't judge me guys I had to know the details.

“The moon goddess pairs you with your mate and when you come across them your wolf gets excited,picks the scent of that particular person and

screams mate in your head thats how it is "she answered.

“Do you have a mate? "I asked her.

“No,I haven't found him yet since I just turned 18 a month ago and I didn't find any in among the humans so I guess he is among the wolves from the pack "she answered.

“What do you guys eat "I asked

“We eat food that humans eat, duh!!"she said making it to sound

obvious.

“Though wolves can chess after small animals and flies in the forest"she added.she had answered them without being irritated and thats why I liked her she was for real a true best friend.

2hrs later..

“Look we are almost there " she said as we passed through the forest and we had reached the waterfall the place looked so amazing and I was left starring in awe.

I saw Kara's eyes looking as if she was seeing something distant for some seconds until they turned to normal.

“What was that you looked as if you were in deep thoughts "I asked

“We are close to the boarder so I was informing them so that we won't have any problems with the patrol"she answered.

As we reached the boarder, there was a big post with the words 'WELCOME TO PHOENIX MOON PACK' and there were wolves four and two in human form.

"Hi Max,Hi Jeff" Kara greeted the wolves in human form.“Hullo Kara, welcome home "They said in unison.

“Who is this beauty beside you?”

one of the two men asked making Kara to chuckle.

“Her name is Yasmin,Yasmin this is Max and this is Jeff" she said. I said hi to both of them as we headed inside .

"Max has always been a flirt so don't mind him" she said.

"I actually didn't mind, you got quite good looking men around" I told her

“Wolves are always good looking don't know how that came about "she shrugged. “Here we are,welcome home"she packed the car and we got out.

The houses were built ancient style but good looking on the outside and the pack was quite big to fit thousands of wolves.As we where getting our things there came a handsome and mascular guy .

“P.K welcome home "said the guy .

Kara turned around and hugged the guy

“Julio, I missed you how have you been?"she asked.

“Not bad, I missed you too " he said

Kara turned to me “uhm meet my friend Yasmin,Yasmin this is Julio the Gamma and brother's best friend" she introduced us and we said hi. He helped us to carry our luggage as we headed to the house.

“So Julio, where is your Alpha and Beta? how come I didn't see them around?" she asked

"They went for a meeting in the North with other Alpha's so they left me in charge" Julio replied.

“When are they coming back?" she asked.

"Two days from now I guess that will be Thursday evening" Julio said as we entered the house. It was modern inside and looked so beautiful we were on the 1st floor of the house which consisted of the kitchen and a few rooms.

"My baby is home" A woman with a Petit figure came from what I believed to be the kitchen towards us. Kara hugged her.“Welcome home sweetie you have no idea how much I have missed you" she said.

“Hi mom,I missed you too.How are you doing?" she replied.This made me wish I had mom cause these two were so adorable.

“Uhm I will take this to your room, seems you have alot of catching up to do" said Julio as he climbed the stairs with our stuff.

“Mom, this is my best friend I told you about,Yasmin this is my mom" she introduced us.Her mom hugged me making me feel at home.

"Hullo sweetie Kara has told me so much about you"she said.

" Hullo Mrs..."

"Adrea Smith you can call me Andrea"she said.

" Hullo Andrea nice to meet you,Kara has also told me so much about you and by the way you look beautiful I now know where Kara gets that from"I said.

“Pfft Kara looks like her dad not me but thank you I like you even more" she said

“Let's go for lunch, you two must be hungry" she said and we headed to the dinning table where they had prepared so many types of food when they had we were coming.And we started to dig in.....
