3.My 18th Birthday

Weeks had passed with our daily

routine of going to school.It was now

Friday and I was glad that my

birthday is happening over the weekend

this Saturday .When we got home, Kara and I decided to watch Netflix after dinner and we chose to Watch money heist. Due to many episodes in one season, we finished them at 11:50 pm.I was already exhausted and bed was calling my name, so I decided not to keep it waiting, spending a few minutes preparing for sleep, I finally get to lay on my soft sweet bed but before I get to close my eyes, I feel a voice in my head. "Hullo little one" making me jump from the bed.' what was that?'. I ran towards Kara telling her What I just heard she smiled at me and advised me to embrace the voice .Since she had already turned 18 a month back she knew exactly what I was talking about.I listened to the voice in my head once again

“Hi what's y..your name?" I asked

she laughed “Youu don't need to be afraid of me,you know am part of you my name is Clarrisa" she said

“Nice name, nice to meet you " I told her

“Yeah, I always have nice things it's just that you haven't got to know me well " she giggled

“Can you tell me about all those nice things .I mean I would like to know them" I asked

“You will know each one of them at the right time girl no rush talk to you later bye" she said as she went at the back of my head.

Thats when I realised that it was already midnight.

I told Kara about it and she was so happy that I wasn't just any shifter, but a were wolf too just like her.After that we went to bed...

The next morning Kara woke me up at 9:00am "Happy birthday sweet heart" she said

"Thank you but that doesn't give you the right to wake me up so early on the weekend " I groaned as I headed to the bathroom to freshen up.

“Whatever" I heard her mubling to herself .

We ate breakfast and went out for a roller coaster ride, visited places and during lunch we went to a five star hotel.We ordered for the best food since I had one best friend, we didn't throw a party, so Even the cake wasn't that big just enough but it was delicious and expensive.

After that, we went out for a movie where we evacuated the place at 11:00pm and had a few drinks before we drifted off to sleep.

Two weeks later,

“Am so excited today is gonna be the last day am seeing those ugly buildings ,those brats of liliana ,Hailey and Stephen of the cheer leading team I have had enough of them plus those annoying boys" I tell Kara as we are heading to school.

“You have no idea how happy I am to go back home with my best friend " she replies still looking ahead as she drives

“Can't wait to meet your family too babe " I tell her and before I know it we're already at school..

We head to the venue where we receive our certificates "Yasmin miller,Kara Smith, Jake Barnes" Principal Clifford calls upon our names to pick the certificate.

“ou've been such a clever student Ms Miller thanks for being part of us" principal Clifford says

“The pleasure is mine " I reply shaking hands with him and so does the next students.

Once the boring meetings ends, we say goodbye to the nice people at school and after we head back to our apartment.

“I am not taking too many things since I will be staying at your place for just a week " I tell Kara and she agrees.

“ We will be leaving early in the morning" she told me.

That evening we went to bed early preparing for the journey.
