THE CONSENT Daphne The night poured the cold shower over the sky as the heavy black clouds covered the dark sheet, even the twinkling stars hid behind them. The moon showed up occasionally to shine the light but its embrace was nothing to be admired today. As I left the house in anger dropping on me like sweat, I was on the edge of a breaking point, mentally and emotionally. I wish I could turn back the time and bring my brother back.
