Chapter Four

673 Words
A/N: I'm introducing Nicollo here. Wanted you guys to meet him. Nico's Pov I barge into the beach house in a flash without the permission of it's occupants. "Where is she?" I asked startling the couple making out on a couch with the female half laying on the male. Both jumped from each other's embrace, the woman flushed but not without her smirking, while the man's eyes skirted everywhere but me. "She's here my Lord" He pointed at the red haired green eyed vixen who was smirking at me, despite knowing how angry I was. She's the only one who didn't fear the great Lord Niccolo Arturo Manchini. "I'm not asking about my sister Kalu" I pinned my blue eyes on K.K's black pairs and watched the proud man shake with fear "Where is Georgina? Where is my beloved?" *** "Mike ready the jet we are flying to Nigeria" I ordered the Hispanic vampire, Mikel Guerrero who was my pilot. After getting the whereabouts of beloved, my beautiful Gina, I couldn't help but feel elated as after centuries of waiting I had found her. I was also worried as in my lack of control I had changed her. I was Lord control himself yet I had lost it when I'd seen her dancing with some stupid gigolo. I had claimed her there and then and yet I had left her behind, without knowing if she had turned or not, instead I had left the same night for Castra Immortui, as I had gotten reports of Witches attacking my home. "Yes Lord Niccolo" his curly black bobbed as he answered. *** The hot sun beat my back reminding me why I've never liked Enugu. Now don't get me wrong I don't shimmer in the sun, no that is a myth and neither do we burn in direct contact with sunlight. We are like humans only better, faster and stronger. I wipe off sweat from my brow as I walked toward the black SUV that had the logo of Man oil Int'l written on it with a painting of an oil drop(which obviously represented blood) I slid into the car with two policemen (humans) acting as my bodyguards sat next to me. I was headed to Aba. *** Gina's POV "Hey babes, you see that girl over there?" Martha pointed to a girl dressed in a short pink dress who was flirting with a guy who looked her age. "Yeah, what about her?" I asked with a frown not understanding why she was pointing at my nemesis, Amara Igwe. "She's a witch, like someone you are to stay away from" "What!" I exclaimed. I had no idea why I was surprised, that Amara the Terrible was a witch or that I had right all along. She made my life living hell through out primary and secondary schools in Port Harcourt. Our animosity started back in primary one when she had stolen six year old Kevin Jaja's biscuits and I had called her out, she'd sworn to destroy me. Then she had torn my textbooks the next day and when I had reciprocated, it had turned to a full blown out war. She had promised she'd make my life a living hell. And she did. From Missing snacks, pencils, erasers and books, she had graduated to stealing my first boyfriend, Jack Oluwale, then my second, Micah Johnson during my final year in high school. Imagine my surprise when I had seen her here last year and she had minded her business and left me alone. So even if I hadn't believed in Vampires, ghosts and Mermaids, I believed that witches existed. Vile creatures you wouldn't want to cross for they were vengeful, African witches that is. And speaking of the devil, Amara suddenly strutted toward our direction and I noticed both Emeka and Martha freeze, you could obviously sense their animosity from their body movements. " Well well, if it ain't the Ghost, the Mermaid and the loser" she grinned her brown eyes flashing purple. ****
