My Ghost

-5 years ago- The family was famous scientists, surgeons, inventors, and more, but this family held a dark secret: some members were into black magic and used it to send demons after those who stood in their way, such as their enemies. They used demons to attack them. The family had no shame in performing satanic rituals and killing anyone who dared to take what was theirs. However, the demons had enough of being used by this family and decided to take over, forcing them to kill one another against their will. Unfortunately, the youngest member of the family, Han, came home too soon and was tragically tortured before being killed by his own family. Ever since that gruesome night, the police cleared out the bodies and closed off the home, but, given the home being so gorgeous, many wanted it, causing a massive cleanup and remodeling. Soon, it was up for sale, but many who entered returned the keys, saying it was haunted, and for years, nobody wanted to buy it until now. -Now- A family who had just bought this manor was now en route to its destination, everyone excited except for Shane, the teenage daughter, who hated the fact of moving. Her head was against the window with some rock music playing through her earbuds; she watched as everything passed by while her parents were as happy as can be and were jamming embarrassingly to the music they were listening to on the radio. She was thankful for her noise-canceling earbuds; otherwise, it would be more embarrassing. She looked over at her older brother, who had his own headphones on to block out their parents. Soon, they pulled into the driveway and entered the gate code that was given to them. Once the gate was open, they pulled in. The place was beautiful and massive. The dark blue and white color made the mansion just pop, and the big fountain up front made a great impression. Mom: It's even more beautiful up close. Dad: Yeah, I can't wait to get settled in. Everyone began getting out of the vehicle, grabbing some bags from the trunk as the moving van pulled in. Shortly after, they began to move furniture inside the place, but as her family went in after the movers, Shane stayed outside with her back against the car. As she looked down at her phone, she held her phone out to take a picture of it and snapped the photo. Shane: I gotta hand it to this place; it is beautiful. As she looked at the photo of the home, she noticed something in one of the windows, which made her quickly look up in the same spot, but she saw nothing. She looked back to her photo, and it was obvious there was a guy that looked around her age who was in the window. But despite how many times she glanced between the photo and the window, nothing appeared. She even took a few photos of the same place, but she saw nothing, which really confused her. the sound of her mother calling her name snapped her out of it making her go inside the home and once she entered it the large main hall floor was a beautiful white marble with a huge dark blue rug leading up the stairs and onto the second floor some of the movers had already placed several couches and the huge tv which took up most of the wall and further up the hall and around the corner was the large kitchen where her mother was waiting mom: A little help sweetie Shane came around the counters and began to help put some groceries up and the remainder of things that go into the kitchen once they were done her mom smiled and walked up to her already knowing by her daughters stance and the expression on her face that she wasn't happy Mom: oh sweetie I know the move is hard on you but I promise things will get better you just need to give it some time Shane folded her arms Shane: I didn't want to leave back home I had friends there Mom: I know but you know how important this job is to your dad Shane: I get that but why did we have to move into such a big home when it's just four of us? Mom: this home was the closest to your dad's work and we got it for an incredible price can you believe it? why don't you go find yourself a bedroom sweetie she sighed and started to walk upstairs admiring all the beauty the home had to offer she noticed one of the rooms her older brother Kai took and she refused to room near him as he had a habit of blaring music among other things so she looked through the many rooms until she stopped at one room that just so happened to be the very spot she saw the face in the window. she walked into the room which was pretty big the floors carpet was pitch black with solid white wallpaper the bed was big and beautiful it was a beautiful maroon red color tons of posters of kpop groups such as BTS, Tomorrow x Together, Ateez among many others their was a few bookshelves against the walls and a huge walk in closet along with a desk and laptop and strangely the scent of musky cologne mixed with a refreshing scent of fresh lenin those scents mixed together made her relax she dropped her things down on the bed before flopping down herself she closed her eyes until she heard a voice. Han: just what do you think your doing on my bed? better yet why the hell are you people in my house! he said yelling loudly but when she raised up and looked directly at him it surprised him as he can't be seen by humans Han: you can see me? Shane screamed loudly and began throwing her bags at him which only went through him Shane: get away! leave me alone! she kept throwing things at him but once again it went through him Han:stop, your messing up my room! Shane: ahhhhhh get away! her brother came running in her room with a concerned look on his face Kai: what's wrong? she points at han but when he looked he saw nothing Kai: what? Shane: you i***t don't you see him he's right there! Kai: who? theirs nobody there Shane: are you blind! her parents rushed in Mom: what's wrong? Shane: you guy's don't see this boy in here! dad: honey nobody is here but us Shane: you guys ain't serious right! he's standing right here! they sighed not knowing what to think of this Kai shrugged and walked out leaving her parents thinking she's crazy Dad: sweetheart theirs nobody there what is wrong with you right now? ah I think I understand the move was too much for you that you think if you try to convince us someone else is living here we would move back her ruffles her hair and kissed her head Dad: nice try but it's not working Shane: b- but he walked out the room leaving her and her mom looking at her she folds her arms as she looked at her daughter Mom: really Shane? here I thought you would be more mature than this she walked out the room leaving Shane with the guy Shane: wait! the guy stood in the middle of the room and smirked at the whole scene before he began to laugh Han: congrats they think your crazy Shane: why didn't they see you! you were right in front of them? Han: maybe because I'm dead.
