I had a horrible dream that night about how I was different from everyone else. My parents were both wolves but I was half vamp,half wolf. Know one knows how a half vamp like myself could be born from 2 wolves. In a book that I read said that hybrids like myself were forbidden while I was reading about healing potions and things to heal the hurt .They say in the books that hybrids are only born ever 200 years because the moon goddess thinks that something has come and the hybrids will be the saviors.

I myself was very confused but now was not the time to think about the past. Right now we are in know man's land meaning if we cross any boarders we would be considered rouges to any packs past this boarder.

I decided it was about time to wake up lucian so we Can keep moving. If we stayed in the woods to long who knows what could happen to us.

"Lucian get up we have to get going" I said shaking him

I was answered with a little bark since he was still in his wolf form. I had finally gotten him up,he walked behind a tree and changed back into his clothes. He walked over to the little pond, the same one I cried next to last night to wash his face.

"We have to go into town if we stay in the woods any longer who knows what could happen" Voicing my thoughts

"okay well I have about $623 so we can rent a apartment for the moment" he whispered.

We walked out of the trees and into the small town named livingston. We walked around the town with our heads down as people stared at us. I mean I get that we are two strange people walking into your little town but damn you don't have to stare. We walked and walked until we reached a little apartment complex.

As we walked up to the reception desk I smelled A scent that I knew was familiar to us supers' (supernatural) a super was present. I looked over to my brother to see if he smelled it as well, as I looked at him he gave me a brief nod then he looked at the receptionist.

I then too looked at the receptionist he was about the same age as me and he did not look at all happy sitting behind that desk. When we walked up to the desk he looked up at us.

"Hello how may I help you today" he said with a bored tone.

I took a real moment to look at him he was a light tan with soft looking platinum hair, light gray eyes with green specks, and he was looking a little slim under the tight shirt he was wearing with just enough muscle to last long enough in a fight.

"Are you a super?" my brother asked from behind me.

His eyes went wide like saucers and his mouth agape " h-how d-did you know?" he stuttered out.

Then I thought for a second how can he no- oh yeah we covered our scents before walking into town.

He nodded and did what he was told. I looked back at the receptionist and saw his tense shoulders drop.He looked at my brother and stared at him for a long second then his eyes widened again but not in a bad way this time he had a big smile on his face which we returned with our own.

We talked for a while and learned some things about him. He is a warlock,17, his name is max, he works and lives in this little complex. He was kicked out of his coven because they were really religious and he was gay so he moved out here so he can be himself. We became friends instantly. Then I asked the question that I was playing around with in my head.

"Would you like to join our pack?" I said in a hushed tone so know one could hear us.

I looked up to his face and saw him smiling so hard that I think his face would have split open.

"I would be honored to be in your pack"he said with a bow.

My brother payed for our apartment and we made plans with max so we can make the pack bond later. We made it to our apartment that had two rooms,one kitchen,1 1/2 bathrooms,and a balcony with a amazing view of the woods.

The apartment already had a fridge,couch,flat screen t.v,microwave,wash and dryer, and two dressers. Now all I have to do is go shopping for food. I remember their being a small Krogers somewhere close here. I told lucy that I was going out to the store and would be back later. He only told me that max would be over later for the pack bonding.

I was walking towards the store while thinking if I am the alpha of my little pack then that means that lucy is my beta and max is my third in command. I had noticed that while I was walking there was a boxing arena.

hmm I think maybe we could all train at the gym what do you think lily, I thought.

I think we should do it we don't know if there could be rouges that will appear out of nowhere we need to be prepared,she said.

okay I think its a good idea as well we do need to be prepared but not just for rouges but hunters they could be anyone or anywhere,I said.

Just as lily was about to respond I heard a low grunt that only supers' like myself could hear cause it was so low. I kept walking getting closer and closer to the sound of someone being hurt I had this burning urge to protect that someone because of what happened to me.

I had just rounded the corner to see three men dressed in all black surrounding a man who I could smell was a vampire .Hunters.I had the burning urge to save him again.

In a voice I did not recognize as my own or lily's but still came out of my mouth sounding deadly,making everyone in the ally shiver with fear.

"What the hell do you think your doing to him" the voice was laced with so much venom it could probably kill someone.

This new place is changing me but in a good way.
