The hungry dog

The Hungry Dog Once upon a time, there was a hungry dog named Bobby. Bobby lived in a small village with his owner. One morning, Bobby woke up feeling very hungry. He searched everywhere for food, but he could not find anything to eat. Bobby decided to leave the house and look for food in the village. As he walked along the road, he saw a butcher selling meat. The smell of the meat made his mouth water. He waited patiently until the butcher dropped a small piece of meat on the ground. Bobby quickly picked it up and ran away. While running, Bobby came to a river. He wanted to cross the river to reach a quiet place where he could eat his meat. As he looked into the water, he saw his reflection and thought it was another dog holding a bigger piece of meat. Bobby wanted the bigger piece, so he opened his mouth to bark at the other dog. Unfortunately, his own piece of meat fell into the river and was carried away by the water. Bobby felt sad and hungry again. He realized that his greed had made him lose the food he already had. He returned home and learned to be content with what he had.
