Daisy walked through the quiet hall of the mansion, feeling out of place. She could not believe this was her new home, as the Luna of the pack. As she passed by the rooms which seemed to be locked, she couldn't help but feel as though she was being watched. The house was so quiet that her footsteps echoed and resonated throughout the house. Feeling uneasy, she walked faster, eager to find Alexander and finally get some answers. She found him in his office, looking over some documents. “Have a seat, Luna.” He said, without looking up. She sat on an armrest directly beside him and willed herself to be comfortable. “What do you want to know?” he asked, his voice lacking any form of emotion. She was surprised, wondering how he knew she needed some answers. Daisy sighed, focusing on her breath. “First, what is this place? She looked towards the door where she had come from. “There was…” She shivered as she recalled the feeling she had while walking through the hall. However, the more she thought about it, the more she felt she might be overthinking. Alexander tilted his head sideways. “There was…what?” Alexander sighed, dropping the files he was holding onto. He finally looked up at her. “We are in my pack's territory, Luna. This mansion belongs to me, and now that you're my mate, it's your home too. " Daisy widened her eyes in shock. “Your pack? You mean, this is the Crescent moon pack?” she asked, surprise and shock washing over her. She wasn't expecting a mansion as big as this. He nodded. “But why me?” she asked in a whispering. “Why was I chosen by the moon goddess as your mate? “ He looked at her, his expression softened slightly, and he reached out to take her hand. “I don't know, Daisy. But the moon goddess works in mysterious ways. Perhaps there is a reason for our union.” Daisy pulled her hand away. She felt irritated that a touch so little could ignite unwanted feelings in her. Feeling a surge of anger rise within her, she said, “I don't care about the moon goddess or her reasons,” she spat. “I am only doing this for my family. THIS… " She gestured between them, “is not a divine union. I didn't ask for any of this and I do not want to be your mate. " Alexander stood up, his eyes flashed in anger, and he said, “You don't have a choice, Daisy,” he growled. “You are my mate, and you will fulfill your duties as Luna in this pack, whether you like it or not.” But Daisy stood her ground. She felt angry, her face flushed but refused to be intimidated by him, no matter how powerful he was. “I am only here because you helped my family. I will never be your Luna, " She said, her voice firm. “I will never accept this bond between us.” Alexander's narrowed his eyes, and he walked towards her. “You will learn to accept it, Daisy,” he said, his voice low and dangerous. “Whether you like it or not, you are mine.” With that, he turned and walked out of the room, leaving Daisy alone with her thoughts. She knew she had no choice left. The deal has been made, and she is officially sold to the ruthless Alpha. She sat there, lost in her thoughts and feeling more confused than ever. She couldn't help but wonder what her future holds now that she is mated to the Alpha of the Crescent Moon Pack. ***** That night, Daisy found herself tossing and turning in bed. She couldn't sleep. She kept thinking of Alexander and their complicated relationship, which kept her awake long into the night. A few hours passed, and she stood up, unable to bear it any longer. She decided to go for a walk outside, in the moonlit gardens. As she wandered through the peaceful surroundings, she felt the cool breeze in her and couldn't help but feel a sense of calm wash over her. She heard footsteps sounding behind her and became suddenly alert. She turned, only to find Alexander standing there. “What are you doing out here, Daisy?” he asked, his voice low, but deep. Daisy felt her heartbeat increase at the sight of him so close to her. Despite her best efforts to resist him, she just couldn't deny the connection she felt whenever he was close. “I couldn't sleep,” she admitted, avoiding his gaze. “I needed some fresh air.” Alexander stepped towards her, “What are you doing out here, Daisy?” For some reason, she felt cold as a shiver ran down her spine. “I…I…just needed some air.” Alexander stepped closer, his scent filling her every being as she took him. Memories of the moment they shared in the dressing room on her wedding day filled her mind as Alex caressed her cheek, looking deeply into her eyes. “You shouldn't be out here alone,” he said, “It's not safe.” Daisy hated herself for feeling that way. Lost in his brown eyes, her brain could hardly keep up with her. “I'm not afraid,” she said, her voice barely a whisper. “Not when I'm with you.” Alexander's eyes softened, and he reached out to take her hand. “You don't have to be afraid,” he said, his voice gentle. “I will always protect you, Daisy. No matter what.” Daisy felt herself weakened by his words. She was scared, no doubt. But, she couldn't deny the attraction she felt toward him. She didn't notice him tilting his head slightly, his face inches away from hers. Their lips, almost touching. Despite herself, she inched closer to him, but on second thought, she drew back. He seemed to expect her moves and swiftly grabbed her arms, forcing his lips on hers. She hit his chest, but he drew her impossibly closer, taking her lower lip in his, and kissing her fervently. Daisy relented, her arms going slack in his, completely submitting to his touches and kisses. She moaned. Throwing her arms over his shoulders, she kissed him back, as fervently as he did, not getting enough. Her wolf was ecstatic. His too. Alexander pushed her against the nearest wall, his body pressed on hers, feeling the softness of her curves. Daisy knew she was likely to regret this later, but she care less at the moment. Alex's touch sent waves and waves of pleasure over her. He pressed his bulging erec*** on her and she released a treacherous moan. He growled. Heat pooled all over Daisy's panties. Breathing heavily, she ground on him, eager for some sort of friction…anything, to relieve the aching need in her. “Please...” she begged. “Please, what?” In a frenzied moment, lips still locked on each other's. Alexander botched up her dress, his fingers searching for her cli*** The scent of her arousal filled the air, driving his wolf crazy. He rubbed her, shifted her panties, and inserted a finger in her. She moaned loudly, losing all sense of reason. At that moment, a low growl was heard behind them. “MATE.” They froze, disengaged from each other, and looked in the direction of the voice…..
