TUTOR

Chelsea was crossing the hallway with the class test when she saw Leo, she quickly looked away but he saw her and came to her.

"Hey let me help you with that". He said collecting the books from her.

"Thanks". She muttered and they started walking together.

"Isn't it weird?". Leo asked.

"What's weird?".

"We're in the same seat but we barely even talk to each other". Leo laughed.

"Yeah, that's weird". She agreed chuckling too.

"You and Jennie are so alike". Leo said.

"How?".

"You spend so much time with Jace and Rafael, it's almost as if you are dating yourselves". He frowned.

"I only want Jace". Chelsea muttered to only her hearing.

"Did you say something?". Leo asked

"No". She shook her head as they entered the class.

Rafael looked up immediately seeing Chelsea and Leo together.

He was sitting with Jennie and jace, they had been talking but Jace wasn't. He was with his headphones as usual.

"Finally CJ is here". Jennie nudged him.

"Hmmm". Rafael muttered still looking at them. Jennie looked at him and saw him glaring at Leo who was helping her sort it to share.

"Why are you glaring at leo?".

"I'm not". Rafael looked away.

"Yes you were. I saw it". Jennie quipped.

Rafael said nothing.

"Omg, are you jealous?". She chuckled quietly.

"Hell no, what are you saying?". Rafael defended.

"Oooooh, you're defensive that means I'm right. Do you like her?". She asked. He didn't answer, she poked him, again and again.

"Fine I do okay?". He burst out.

Jennie gasped.

"You what?". Jennie asked bringing her ear closer.

"I like CJ, a whole lot for a long time". He confessed.

Jennie feigned fainting, unintentionally leaning on Jace who looked at her. She straightened up.

"Omg why didn't you tell me since?, Why didn't you tell her?, Gosh, does Jace know? Who else knows.....". She was interrupted by Rafael who clasped his hands over her mouth.

"Slow down jeez". He mumbled.

"Oh sorry".

"You guys quiet down please". Jace stressed, he was having a bad headache but they didn't know.

"Grumpy what's wrong with you?". Jennie asked touching his forehead, he gently swatted her hand away.

"I'm fine". He said removing his headphones.

"Hey". Chelsea came over to them handing Jace and Rafael's tests over to them. She smiled at Jace.

"Full marks". He nodded.

"Where's mine?". Jennie asked.

"Oh Mr Collins said you should meet him, he wouldn't give me yours". Chelsea answered and Jennie groaned standing up.

Olivia and her friends were sitting together looking at their scores.

"Ugh that man is so mean, he gave me a C". Phoebe complained staring at the big c in front of her.

"I got a B". Mina and Gina said at the same time.

Olivia just stared at her C before folding it and tossing it away, rolling her eyes. Gina and mina both gasped.

Jennie knocked on the door before entering me Collins' staff room. Each teacher has theirs.

"Good afternoon sir". She greeted.

"Jennie Parker". He said holding her scripts, adjusting his reading glasses. He handed her scripts over to her.

She slightly gasped. A D boldly circled there, her eyes stung. She knew she read even when she didn't know they had a test coming up.

"I understand that you are trying your best but that is not enough so I have spoken with your mom. You have not been understanding my teachings and I have tried my best for you miss Parker". He paused and she nodded, he was stating the truth.

"Soon your class will be sitting for external exams and with your current grades you shouldn't even think of that. You're a smart student, I heard you're great at chemistry. So, I discussed with your mom and she agreed to give you a tutor". He paused again watching her expression.

"What?". Jennie asked.

"I suggested that we try a friendly method for you to learn, if after three weeks, you don't improve, I'll let your mom handle it. Mr kings". He called out and Jace came in, looking tired but still very attractive.

"He's gonna be your tutor, he's the smartest student in your class and I heard he's your friend too, till then miss parker I will be observing your progress, after three weeks, you will be taking another test to test your knowledge".

"Mr kings, I trust you to do a good job. You both may go". He dismissed them and they both left.

"Are you sure you're okay?". Jennie asked Jace noticing his pale disposition.
