THE TEST

Please hear me out, I have a confession". She said and Chelsea's eyes widened.

"Go on". Rafael said.

"I was forced to do it but I swear I didn't want it. They threatened me". She cried.

"Who?". Jace asked, the girl looked at Chelsea.

"My classmates, it was supposed to be a harmless prank".

"A harmless prank, what are you saying?". Chelsea asked

"I'm sorry".

"It's fine but please don't do it again". Jennie said, the girl instantly nodded.

"You can go". She said and the girl quickly ran away.

"You're letting her go just like that?". Rafael asked

"Of course, I can't do anything to her and I can't prevent what happened already". She replied and Jace rolled his eyes.

Outside, the girl _ amelia looked around the hallway, seeing no one, she hurriedly began walking to her class but Olivia came in front of her.

"Where's my little pumpkin running off too?". She smirked.

"I- I did as you said so pl-please leave me alone". Amelia stuttered.

"Good, you can go". Amelia immediately ran to her class and Olivia laughed going to her own class.

Mr Collins, the physics teacher came in and Jennie groaned.

"Good morning class".

"Good morning sir ". They greeted and went back to their seats.

"Okay, we are going to be taking a test today and that will make up your assessment". He said and the students began complaining.

"Quiet ". He ordered and the noise reduced gradually. He began distributing the scripts.

"Why is he watching me?". Jennie asked herself as Mr Collins stared at her like a hawk.

"Time up". He announced, standing up to collect their scripts.

"You'll receive it by 2 o'clock. Have a nice day". He left.

Leo and Jennie were talking privately in a corner.

"J, you've forgotten all about me". Leo complained.

"You're right, I really have. How can I remember the cute guy who sits behind me". She laughed and soon Leo joined in the laughter.

"But you're spending too much time with your friends, you barely have time for me ".

"Okay okay , I'm sorry ".

"Jennie I have something to tell you". Leo said becoming serious.

"What is it. Is something wrong?". Jennie asked worriedly.

"I want you to be my girlfriend, we're already more than friends, aren't we?, I just want to take it to another level". He confessed.

"Omg Leo, you scared me. I really like you alot"....... She was saying until she saw Jace passing by, his hands in his pocket. Leo didn't see him, Jace and Jennie's eyes met, for a few seconds, they stayed that way but Jennie looked away just as Jace crossed.

Leo turned back but he saw no one.

"Hello?". He said snapping his fingers in front of Jennie.

"I was saying I like you a lot Leo, believe me I do but right now, I don't think I can be in a relationship with you just yet. I love what we have now, I'm sorry I don't mean to be selfish". Jennie apologized.

"I understand". Leo said but he was boiling inside.

"I got this for you". He said showing her a diamond necklace. She gasped.

"Aww Leo, I love it". She gushed as he wore it on her.

"It was made for you". He smiled at her, his eyes falling on the gold one that was on her neck too. He decided to ask her since he saw she never removed it. The same with the three bracelets on her wrist.

"The gold necklace, I noticed you've never removed it". He noted.

"Oh this?, It was from Jace on my birthday last year. I love it so much". She smiled, Leo's face fell, he was very jealous.

"Jealousy is that you??". Jennie asked laughing.

"I'm not jealous".

"I believe that". She said sarcastically.

"The bracelets are from him too?".

"No..".

Yes, Leo said inwardly, he disliked Jace so much.

"Just one, this one is from Rafael and this one from Chelsea". She said showing him the initials J R C on each of them.

"They have theirs too".

"When will I have mine?". Leo asked.

"You really are jealous, it's cute". She said quickly checking the time.

"I have to go, they're waiting for me, see you later". She pecked his cheeks and ran off.
