Aubrey had so many questions for her parents, but her father insisted the answers could wait until the morning after everyone had some sleep. Conveniently, Broderick had a couch with a pull-out bed in his room. So, Aubrey got Lizzie and Evie settled into the pull-out bed after Broderick helped her get it all set up. Atticus immediately jumped up and snuggled in between the girls, who were still fast asleep.
