The moment I stepped into the office, a congratulatory cheer rolled out for me. I was taken aback, my steps stopping as my colleagues started clapping, some even whistling. Their voices all tangled with each other, carrying phrases like, "Congratulations, Ruth!" and "So happy for you!"
