I watch as Zane leaves out the kitchen after giving me this big black book to read. I look down at the blank cover of the book before looking over at the kitchen door again. I let out a sigh still thinking about the things he said. A part of me is relieved about not having to worry about going to jail, but that still doesn't get rid of the images that are stuck in my head of Zane killing Anthony.
I sit here thinking about Zane saying that Anthony isn't the first person he has killed. I frown, wondering if Zane is some kind of psycho killer and I'm staying in his home.
