I stand here watching as the little runts of the pack run off to play after I give them all a popsicle.
"I was starting to think that you weren't capable of smiling." Rya says.
I look over at Rya to see her smiling over at me.
"What?" I ask with a slight frown.
"That's the first time I've seen you smile. You're always so serious about everything." She continues to smile as she walks over to me and reaches into the box getting herself a popsicle.
"I have no reason to smile around you. You've caused me nothing but trouble." I look back over towards the runts as the runoff, before turning and heading back into the house. I'm not some mean asshole who's always serious about everything. She
