Leanne peers at her daughter"s small figure in the door frame and throws her a smile. Her child, so intuitive for her five years, smiles back. “Yes, sweetie; I"m finished.”
Ariel takes her hand, and Leanne realizes she"d been with Adam only minutes ago, but had seen her type the last word of her novel. Leanne squeezes her daughter"s hand and lifts her onto her lap. They both stare at the final chapter of her book. “I need to change my characters names. Can you help me, sweetie?”
