35. Perin - Discovery?

                Perin had been in the cell for over 24 hours now. He had already given his fingerprints and a DNA sample via a cheek swab, and was waiting for them to decide what to charge him with. He wasn’t too worried about having his ID checked, his fingerprints wouldn’t be found in connection to anything else, and he assumed that the DNA would come back as a contaminated/anomalous sample result. As he was cooperating fully with the police, he was hoping that they wouldn’t bother to take another sample once the first came back with no result.                 The people who were providing his care had been pleasant to him, and he wondered if word had gotten round that he had aided the officers during the trafficking raid.
