“They were here for them.” Marcus informed me in a low tone while I kept staring at those two figures lying on the ground in a very pathetic condition. Although I was on the other side of the window, I could say that they were barely breathing.
“Keep them alive, Marcus. Our enemy took a risk by planning that rescue. I am sure that they have something on them that can be either beneficial for him or can be used against him.” I instructed Marcus in a calm tone, still having my eyes on them.
“Vincent checked their laptops and phones and even they turned their villas upside down to get anything that could help us finding the identity of that man, but.” He paused and sighed aloud in frustration.
