Jennifer’s POV
The moment I step out of the car, I see numerous people standing in front of the palace.
Taken aback, I turn to Ryan and whisper, “What is going on?”
“Relax,”Ryan gives me a consoling smile, before leading me to walk forward. “They’re here to welcome us.”
“At 6:30 in the morning?”I ask incredulously. I glance the crowd, noticing that some of them yawn from time to time. “Ryan!”I call out.
“Yes, my love?”Ryan tilts his head to my side, giving me a curious look.
“They look moody,”I share my observations with him.
“Well, I would also be mad if I am awaken so early only to welcome someone.”Ryan says mockingly. “Guess this was another crazy command given by my father and his subordinates just couldn’t say no to it. ”
