IN THE CAR, CHRIS said, “Teddy, do you have a suitcase?”
“No, Sir.”
“Grandma, where can we purchase a couple of suitcases for Teddy?”
“We might be a small town, but we’ve got a Walmart.”
“That sounds great. Do you need to go back to the hospital and get Ma’s car?”
“Naw. It’ll be okay where it is. I’ll direct you to Walmart and help you pick out a suitcase or two.”
“While we’re at it, how’s Teddy fixed for clothes?”
“He needs some, but you’d be better off getting them in Jacksonville. You won’t have to carry so much on the airplane with you that way.”
“Sounds good. Just tell me where to go.”
In Walmart, they purchased a rolling bag for Teddy, along with a matching suitcase.
