Emma’s point of view
Emma stands outside of the huge skyscraper looking up at what extent it goes to. She couldn’t see the end as she turned her neck way back. “Wow” she exclaimed impressed. This would be her first time entering the huge skyscrapers she always saw while staying in the city. She breathes a sigh out. Shes steps in. She stops at her tracks and takes her phone out. ‘What floor is he in?’ She types quickly > almost immediately she gets a response > > she then continues with > ‘What the hell did I just type? Center floor?’ > She thinks on her self while glancing at the people glancing at her while they pass by. He replies with >. ‘Hm’ The lady in the desk just have looked her more than twice already. ‘It’s awkward staying here’ she shallows. She then walks towards the elevator with quick steps. She steps inside. It is crowded, but it would have been awkward to stand there waiting with all the glances. Still, her expression even now has only a gentle smile to hide her nervousness. She doesn’t glance at anyone but watches a hand reaching for the fifteen floor. There are many buttons after the number fifteen. She waits quietly while others are chatting or remain silent until their floor reach. “What floor are going?” A voice from behind her sounds truly close to her. She turns her head to see a guy in a suit looking at her. ‘His talking to me?’ “The seventy seven” ‘Seventy-seven’ she glances quick at the numbers and turns back to look at him. His eyes widen “Oh. Are you meeting with Kathleen?” He then glances at her clothes. ‘Why that look’ she looks at him feeling short of an unpleasant feeling she knows very well. “No, Andrew” “I’m sorry?” He says “Andrew Young. The president, right?” She throws her glance in front not even bothering about his kind. She hears him laughing. “Oh, you are one of those” ‘How many times did he say > so far?’ “Oh, that’s my floor. If you want to look for me” he gives her a piece of paper “Call me” she looks at the number on the paper. ‘Does he hold this on himself all the time?’ “Bye” he says and steps out waving at her as the doors of the elevator close “Bye Mr Oh” she says subconsciously. Emma watches him furrow his eyebrows with his face extremely ugly, but the doors closed before he said another word. ‘What the hell was that? What a weirdo’ Indeed, she is not used to strangers begging shameless like this. There aren’t many people one the floor and they continue pushing numbers. After seems seems an eternity, finally she reaches the the floor. ‘Look what I am doing for my soulmate as they call it.’ She rolls her eyes as the doors open. Mathew, or if she remembers his name correctly, stands looking at her right four steps from the door. “Did you just roll you eyes?” ‘Huh?’ “No, it was imagination” she coughs at the side. She only met this guy once. Green eyes and brown hair, perfectly combined for the suit to match him. “I’m sorry Madam” ‘MADAM?’ She looks at him with her eyes widen like she is ready for an argument. She coughs the argument with what with her lips closed. He looks slightly shocked at her face like he wasn’t trying to offended her. He then points with arm and hand to follow him. She follows closely behind him. “So this is where Andrew works” “Indeed. President established the company at the age of sixteen. He had a long way to come and now is the youngest self made billionaire in the world.” It wasn’t like she asked, but still she didn’t interrupt him, she only nods with her lips tight. Emma doesn’t know him so well. He knocks once at the door and Emma can hear the faint strong voice. Mathew opens the door letting Emma step inside first. He closes the door behind her the the next second. ‘Oh’ She looks at the office and sees first Andrew’s big shoulders as he looks out of the window. He looks at her and offers his arm. She walks close there. She doesn’t know why. She met him officially four or three days ago even. It’s not love, she knows that. She stands beside him looking at the city view. She starts to think that this soul bond is maybe too strong after many months of being apart, many years. “Wow” “Right?” He says amazed by the familiar view to him. She touches the glass faintly, that’s the feeling she wanted to save from everything else. “Did you had fun” he says. Emma turns him“Yeah, it was pretty good just spending time on shopping.” She smiles “I love shopping” She is wiling to try to feel a new emotion. She just fears the after. If he hurts her she won’t bear to kill him if she fell in love by then. “Anyway” she sighs and walks with excited steps closer to one of the chairs. She sits down finding it extremely “comfortable” she mumbles under her breath. She hear him snort a laugh. Now that she thinks of it, has he fallen in love with her even before they spend any time together this last days. He seems so, gentle. Or is it only the way he is? He sits at the seat beside her. “Hungry?” He says leaning back “It depends what are you gonna order” she says leaning back too. He laughs softly. That’s what she means by gentle. Emma just stands there looking, trying to figure him out. “I want spicy food” “Alright” he nods at takes his phone “Mathew,” she looks behind her at the big window dazed. She doesn’t hear a thing he is saying, her only focus on what she just felt, that beat. ‘Was that’ she clenches her chest, that pain. She hears faint crying but it’s not from close this city “Are you okay?” He kneels in front of her. Emma didn’t realize when he even got up. “I’m fine” she puts her hand on her stomach “I didn’t eat anything for the past four hours.” He seems convinced by her words. She then glances again at the city behind her. That wasn’t only one werewolf she felt. She felt like they were dying and it came out of nowhere. ‘What exactly happened?’ Emma thinks on herself as she sees him talking to Mathew still while looking at her.
