Andrew point of view
The way she said she killed her own blood hid many secrets behind those words. There is a bigger history to her decisions, it must be. Andrew watches Emma walking to her room after returning home. He walks to his study, not even bothering closing the door behind him. He goes towards his book shelf and picks the down faced picture. A woman smiling brightly, in a frozen forever smile, holds a two year old child in her arms, Andrew. It seems she is looking straight at him. He doesn’t even smile at the sight of this framed picture anymore. His mother is the woman in the picture. She died when he was five, because of his father. Or most specifically, his rival in life. He puts the picture down as it was before he touched it. The memories don’t matter anymore. Expect him, they belong to dead people. He turns to his desk. He sits on the chair and open his MacBook. He types on safari “How are” and hesitates before continuing typing “soulmates created” he scrolls from research to research until he glances up to see that it is already midnight. He looks back at the MacBook and shuts it down, placing it more afar from its position. He gets up walking to his bedroom. He opens it silently, and is surprised but pleased to see Emma curling in the covers on his bed. He closes the door silently, taking his clothes off. He then makes his way silently into the bed. He gets under the covers and hugs her soft body. She snuggles closer to him in her dreamland. He hugs her closer than before too, enjoy the feeling of her being in his arms. ‘How can someone be this cute even when they sleep’ ‘What to expect from our soulmate’ ‘Soulmate, hm’ Andrew repeats on his mind a few times, feeling extremely pleasant by the fact they share half soul. It means she is his forever. He doesn’t go back to the talk of them separating. He closes his eyes falling too into dark. The next morning founds them both tangled under the sheets. Andrew opens his eyes first. He looks at her sleeping face and their posture. He just feels peaceful after many years. Andrew places her slowly away from him so he can get up. He stands sitting on the edge of the bed looking at her for minutes, never getting tired of it. He looks outside at the morning and then at the clock on his phone. He goes towards the bathroom and steps inside the shower. The cold water hits him, but still all he thinks of is her, even if she lays on his bed. He picks the towel rubbing his hair and then puts it in his waist. He walks out and towards the closet. Andrew opens it and walks in. He picks his clothes, his usual suit. He needs to go to the office today. As he puts his tie he wonders if he should take her with him. ‘She would be with him all the time. Yes, should I ask her? Or just take her while she is sleeping?’ ‘No, she would be mad’ he steps out of the closet and sees her awake going though her phone. “You are awake” she puts her phone down while still holding it “Yeah” she answers and goes back on her phone. “I’m going to work. Would you” before Andrew finishes his sentence “I would like to visit a couple of stores. I want to buy new clothes” she says “Mathew can do that” she puts her phone down once more just to look at him. She stands there thinking while starring at his clothes. “No need.” Andrew glance at the wall feeling disappointed but he doesn’t want to show it. “Okay” he nods. “I can come after I’m done, if you haven’t finished by then” his eyes lit up on his expressionless face. “Yes. Call me to pick you up when you are done” it’s her turn to nod at his words but silently. “What’s your number?” Andrew tells her his personal number and after few more words, he leaves. Mathew stands outside waiting for him with his driver. He planned his schedule the day before yesterday with them. He steps inside with the rest following. He looks as the mansion disappears from his eyes. He then looks forward. “Mathew, call Harrison and tell him to escort her today” his assistant glances at him. “Right away, sir” When they reach the company, Mathew, opens his door before anyone else. The driver stays in the car and as they enter, Mr Smith drives away. They walk inside and the employees bow slightly to him as Andrew and his assistant pass them. They take the personal elevator to the president’s floor. Silence for moments before the elevator doors open with a sound. His secretary runs to them and bows slightly too. “President Young” he nods towards Mathew. They walk inside his office while the secretary continues taking about his schedule. He sits down beside the huge glass wall of view the whole city. The typical day for him starts. Hours pass and every minute he glances at his phone. He sits high in the meeting room, as a big project is explained before Andrew and others. At two pm he gets a text while still being in the meeting room. The person continues talk. He picks it up and sees an unknown number. > the text reads. He smiles knowing very well it her. He quickly types > Sung was his mother’s surname, also his before changing it to Young by himself. Li stands for his statue. He puts his phone down while looking at the spokesperson. But his focus isn’t there. ‘Is she coming here?’ The wolf speaks first excited ‘I believe so. I should ask Mathew to go down to bring her, or should it best it I went down?’ ‘Us. Let’s go down to meet her’
