Chapter-21

"You don't get it easy? huh?" Reyansh growled. He held her jaw up tightly and looked down deep into her emerald eyes. His bottomless black eyes held unrefined anger which was destructive. So destructive,.. that it can consume each and everything coming closer to him. He looked, like the devil. The devil looked calm yet fierce, close yet distant.

Adhira was paralyzed to the spot. She tried to drag her foot two steps back but could not because she felt like deja vu.

"I...I'm sorry. Please don't h..hurt me" She shook her head in fear of what had happened last night. She wanted to run for safety but her feet would not allow her to do so. She shivered with the force he applied to her jaw. The color drained from her face due to the pain.

"No Precious, don't be sorry so early. It is a very long way ahead to be guilty. " He menacingly and left her jaw with a jerk.

She stumbled with the sudden force but before she could get hold of the things, Reyansh fisted her long tresses and started dragging her upstairs.

"ahh!....please... I was lost. I did not know my way here. Leave me... Please...ahh" Adhira cried for help. She begged him for mercy but he ignored her pleas and continued dragging her with her hair. Her scalp ached with a burning sensation due to the harsh pull on her long and thick tresses.

She tried to loosen his hold on her hair but he only pulled it harder. It was hard for her to keep up with his pace, many times, she nearly fell down and her knees collided with the edge of the stairs.

When Adhira noticed that they were going into the same room which held her agonizing scream for the help of last night, she began to thrash violently. Not caring about the pain in her scalp, she tried very hard to run away.

"leave me, ahh...No please no..." She screamed.

"Yes. Scream louder. You don't get things up there easily...hmm? So I will teach you the hard way" Reyansh roared while pulling her hair more aggressively. He dragged her like a rag doll and kicked the door open of the bedroom.

Throwing her directly on the bed, he hovered over her and pinned her hands above her head. He started biting her on neck harshly like a vampire thirsty for blood.

Adhira tried to kick him off of herself but he pinned her legs with his own, forbidding her to move herself.

" Please...please don't do it." She cried bitterly.

"What are you even trying to hide? huh? I have seen it all. And you know what, you are very ugly". Reyansh ripped her clothes and threw them away.

His words stabbed at her heart so deep that she felt herself bleeding. A hollowness enveloped her heart and it made her feel used and thrown like a plastic cup is thrown when used once. She had always made feel that she was a plastic cup, useless.

Being naked and insulted like that did not help her even a bit. She felt like thousands of ants were crawling up on her.

Wrapping herself in the bedsheet, she felt at least a little protected and clutched that bedsheet tightly, which provided her more warmth that everybody failed to provide her.

Reyansh stood at the foot of the king-sized bed, eyeing her up and down leisurely. Adhira waited for him to pounce on her or beat her again to unconsciousness but he did not even move a bit.

"Then let me go. What have I done to you? Why are you doing this to me? Please let me go. I promise I won't tell anything to anyone. "Adhira sobbed bitterly. She had no idea why this was all happening.

Reyansh walked up to her and clasped her jaws tightly." Get one thing straight in your pea-sized brain, I will not ever let you go" He pronounced each word dangerously slow.

"But why?" Adhira shouted. It was very frustrating to get punished without knowing your mistake and she could feel the frustration. But one thing she did not realize was that she shouted at him. The devil himself. No one even ever talks back to him and here she shouted at him.

Clenching his jaws in anger, he slapped her very hard.
