His large frame made the bathroom seem cramped in comparison. There was a slight change in his heart beating to which he frowned.
Adhira was lying on the bathroom floor naked, water hitting her body mercilessly. The clear water when fell down turned red due to the blood flowing from her head which collided with the hard marble floor.
Reyansh turned the showerhead off and picked Adhira up from the cold floor. He fished her out of the bathroom and deposited her on the bed. He walked back to the bathroom and brought two towels with him. He dried her with the towel and wrapped another towel around her head. He can see blue and black marks all over her body and he quite knows where did they come from. He covered her up with the duvet.
He tapped on her cheeks to wake her up but his hand burned when he touched her.
She is burning.
He fished out his phone from his trousers pocket and called someone.
"Come here" He disconnected the phone and kept it aside.
If not for her chest heaving up and down, She could have been deciphered as a lifeless person lying there. Her white lips had bruises on the edges, which Reyansh identified very well. Because they were his artwork.
A knock on the door shattered the silence in the room and a man dressed in a white button-down shirt and black trousers with a briefcase in hand walked in.
"Greetings, Master." The man slightly bowed in front of Reyansh and sat on the chair next to Adhira.
Reyansh Rajput is known for being cold and ruthless that's why people working under him understand everything and the situation
He never needs to say anything, the people working for him know that what he wants.
Reyansh stood beside the man in a calm and composed manner which made the man anxious about his moves and he sweated profusely.
The doctor checked her eyes and tongue after he placed the thermometer under Adhira's tongue.
The doctor checked her temperature and pulse before he turned toward Reyansh. Clearing his throat he stuttered," S...Sir, her body temperature is very high and her pulse is very weak. Her body has been dehydrated severely...Umm.. may ....may be due to she hasn't eaten anything for a long time."
The doctor nervously looked at Reyansh. It is normal for everyone around him to get nervous like that. It's not, that he looks scary or anything but he has an aura or temperament around him that scares everyone.
"Hmm" Reyansh gestured for him to continue. A frown crept on his forehead when he glanced at how white as ash she looked.
"Sir we need to give her Intravenous Therapy, it is very important to lower her body temperature" He mentioned it to him.
After a while, everything was arranged in the room itself and the doctor injected some medicines into the drip.
"Master," The doctor bowed again and left after taking his briefcase with him.
Reyansh gazed at Adhira with a surge of emotions spiraling in his bottomless dark eyes.
He took one last glance before he left her and went back to his study.
