After dinner, Julius and Charles went over to the Sage’s dwelling that was located on another mountain peak.
They used a few teleportation gates to get there and Julius was quite amazed by the sight he saw once he got to the mountain.
He thought that the Sage would be living in some kind of utopia in seclusion but it was quite the opposite. The entire mountain peak where the Sage was living was desolate with no living creatures or plants around.
While they moved up the mountain towards the Sage’s dwelling, Julius began to realize why the old man was living on such a desolate mountain top.
“...What an extremely vicious aura…no wonder nothing lives on this mountain.”
Julius didn’t know what kind of cultivation technique the Sage cultivated in, but it was an extremely dangerous one.
