When Eldarion Silverwind and his band of elite elven soldiers arrived at what they were referring to as the Tower of Babel, they started from the bottom floor of the tall tower and began making their way up.
They didn’t have Julius’s system to analyze the place so they proceeded with caution. Eldarion already knew that the two human kingdoms were making their moves so he decided to wait for them.
When Julius had exited the place, he found the Tower’s energy core at the very bottom of the large structure and decided to leave behind a welcoming gift for the elves and humans.
He injected a large amount of his and Eisha’s fiend energy into it thus restarting the core and activating all of the tower’s defenses and dormant functions.
