In the morning of the next day, Florence and Heather woke up early despite having such an intense round the previous night.
They had a short session while taking a bath together before having breakfast. Once they were finished eating, Florence immediately took the ax he received as a gift yesterday and went to chop down a tree in the nearby forest.
It was quite a peculiar forest, however, because the trees were all maroon in color. The red miasma had permeated its bark and leaves so they all possessed this distinct color. Florence also noticed that the house he was living in was made from these trees so he guessed that the fiends and women used these trees as materials so it shouldn’t be a problem if he cut down one or two in order to make some furniture.
