Artemis runs quickly to other side of field and turns around then shoots an arrow. Rackgul catches the arrow then it explodes in a big puff of smoke, allowing Artemis to rapidly fires arrows randomly towards the demon. The smoke dissipates revealing Rackgul gone, only some of Artemis’s arrows hit. Artemis notices the demon behind and barely blocks the axe with an arrow. I thought we were going non-lethal that, that could’ve easily killed Artemis says backing up. I never said that, how do you expect to make someone give up without the fear of death Rackgul say like it’s common sense. Artemis shoots Rackgul in his shoulder with an arrow, Artemis runs and kicks Rackgul with her hid legs. Rackgul goes to the ground then shoots fire at Artemis, giving her second degree burns. Artemis stomps on a prone Rackgul, despite the pain. Rackgul flys up and drops delivering a a strong kick to Artemis’s face. Artemis recoils but remains standing. Zero, your one strong woman Rackgul says impressed. You’re not so bad yourself, you demon Artemis says reciprocating the feeling. Rackgul shakes off his feelings of admiration and tackles Artemis. Artemis begins hitting Rackgul hard on the face then begins choking Rackgul out, the demon pries the centaur’s hands off of his neck. Rackgul hooks his legs on Artemis’s neck and throws her off him, they both stand up. Artemis and Rackgul grapple each other, they begin making out. The skeleton covers Lillith’s eyes, as the army averts their eyes. The two are heavy breathing afterwards, I guess the fight is over one of centaurs awkwardly says. Who won that, certainly not us the skeleton says. Rackgul won, I got my compensation Artemis says licking her lips. Ok then we better be going the lead general Centaur says. Ok then, back to business the demon says. The group goes their opposite ways, the slime and changeling stay behind watching over the village. They go further in the forest, looking to expand new area for the village. Rackgul begins cutting down all the trees, Lilith moves around some rocks and the skeleton helps to reshape the landscape with his magic. Rackgul looks at a bush that was shaking, the demon sees a weird looking cat. Quickly Rackgul turns himself to Lillith and the skeleton, the demon’s eyes glowing yellow. Rackgul swings his axe at the skeleton, catching the skeleton off guard so he couldn’t put up a magical barrier in time so gets hit knocking him to the ground. Stop,Rackgul what are you doing the skeleton asks out of confusion. Mr. demon, eyes are yellow maybe some magic is controlling him Lillith states trying to be helpful. Rackgul grabs the skeleton by the legs and slams him on the ground back and forth, d-on’t make me lobotomize you a-gain the skeleton says. Lillith opens her book to a puff of smoke, damn that’s not what we needed. The skeleton grabs Rackgul’s head, seeping his magic inside to no avail. Rackgul throws the skeleton at a tree and begins approaching Lillith, to Lillith’s dismay but she steadies herself. The demon brings the axe down on Lillith, who invades in the smoke she had created. Lillith opens her book again, Rackgul immediately closes it to Lillith’s book. Oh..I forget people can just do that, Lillith runs as fast as she can. Rackgul runs after Lillith then gets physically stopped by a frantic Artemis. Rackgul, you need to snap out of it the centaur says. Rackgul’s eyes begin to flicker to its natural color,black and purple. Eventually only one of the demons eyes go permanently back to normal, please save me against he says to the skeleton. The skeleton focuses all his magic energy to knock Rackgul out. Rackgul opens his eyes to the old castle, ounce again. The demon is not chained down this time, a brown hair man with a beard enters the room. Which one are you again, doesn’t matter the man says in a laid back voice. I need you to go door to door as a sort of tax collector, for demons and imps who didn’t pay their gambling debts the figure says without a care. Do you have a have servant or something who can take care of that, I mean I bet those guys are decently powerful Rackgul says trembling. The figure backhands Rackgul, dropping his carefree demeanor. Listen here, you waste of space. You’re going to learn to love fighting and being hurt, I trained you for that already the man says cruelly. Your doing this job because I said your doing this job, am i clear the man asks coldy. Y-yes sir Rackgul simply responds on the floor, on the verge of tears. Good, demons don’t cry the man walks off. Rackgul slowly gets up and heads through the door. Rackgul slowly wakes up Artemis holding his hand while the demon is on a bed recovering.
