Daughter of the Moon and Night

I woke up and looked around. I saw that sun was already high and realised how late of school I would be if I didn't get up right away. I ran straight to my bathroom, which was almost next to my bed, to take worlds fastest shower and brushed my teeth in there too to save even little more time. I didn't even try to dry my hair in such a hurry so I just combed my hair violently and ran back to my room and turned to my wardrobe. I grabbed my dark blue jeans and pink of-the-shoulders t-shirt. I almost fell while running the stairs down. Yes, Im very clumsy person. And i think that especially stairs have something against me. Anyway, I met my twinsister Loralei downstairs waiting for me and looking hella annoyed. "Damn Lili! Why you can never wake up in time?!" she nagged at me calling me by my nickname which everybody else called me too. I just rolled my eyes at her. We ran to a car, where our aunt Alice was already waiting. "Im sorry Lora! I just don't like mornings." I answered trying to sound innocent and Alice just laughed and drove us at school. We barely made it in time. After couple really boring hours, was one even more boring. Math. I really hated it. It was hard to me but I still tried my best because our teacher Mrs Chanler was so sweet. But today was not my day at all, cause she had decited to put us do suprise test. Great! Just awesome. I didn't read our homework at all. Why I am like this? I thought little angrily at myself because I was really lazy when it came to school. I somehow succeeded to write something on the test, so atleast Mrs Chanler would know I tried. Later me, Lora and our friends were sitting outside on little table, where we usually sat if the weather was okay. It was lunchbreak so we were eating there too. "Did you write down the homework we got?" Liz asked me. She was smart, quiet, cute girl and awesome friend. She had beautiful dark brown mid lenght hair and pure cappuchino colored skin. She looked very much like a little kid because she acted little childishly, always dressed cute girly pink clothes and she was tiny. But she was still little taller than me since I was ridiculously small. I seriously was like 4'11 tall. Mother said that it was because I was the "weaker" twin when me and Loralei were born even tho I was born first which made me the "big sister" with only couple of minutes. I didn't really mind, even everyone always made fun of it and it was annoying. "I did actually." I anwered proudly. "Well thats new. Good. But new." My best friend Riley laughed and I hit her arm as a joke. Riley was funny, sassy and sometimes fiery and loud person. She was almost 5'7 tall. Our height different was big. Riley had beautiful face, long curly light brown hair, tanned skin and hot body, so even she was tall, many guys were interested of her. And she dated lots of guys. No, she was not dating them like that. She just went on many dates cause she hadn't found anybody she, herself would find interesting. She had very high standards for guys and we always teased her abouth that. Well, we went like this, sitting there talking some time until we heard yelling. "Hey watch out!" Some guy shouted and I turned to look at him but saw basketball flying straight towards me. I instinctively closed my eyes, waiting for the hit to come but it never came. I opend my eyes when I noticed this. Infront of me were standing two huge guys I had never seen before in my life, and the taller one was rolling the ball on his finger. "Wow that was a close one wasnt it?" the guy said to other one. Then he threw the ball back to boys who apologised and leaved us waving to the guys. I was suprised and just looking them mouth open and I didn't really know what to say. "Thank you!" I finally managed to say. Then they turned and.. Wow. Just wow. You can picture what ever you want, but damn they were hot! Taller guy had delicious chocolate brown eye color and very dark brown hair that were little longer from other side. His hair landed partly over his other eye making him look sexy with that teasing smirk on his face. He had strong chin and broad shoulders. The shorter guy wasn't really short at all. He was maybe just couple inches shorter than his friend. (So they were both just as ridiculously tall as i was small). He also had strong, broad features but he wasn't as intimidating as his friend. His hair were black and little shorter but bushy. He had them in nice, up style which looked classic and cool. And his eyes were deep dark blue and I feeled like I would drown on them if I kept looking in them too long so I turned my already red face away. "Are you okay?" the shorter one asked sounding worried. His voice was warm and kind. I was so ashemed of my staring that my face was still so red I could feel it, so I just nodded. "She was just little startled. But you guys should keep it down! You were way too fast!" Lora answered to him for me and I looked her like an alien. I was suprised they way she talked to those guys like she knew them. "Chill Lora. Nobody noticed." The taller guy answered still smirking and with that they sat down next to me one on each side. In the name of holy cheesecake what is going on here!? Who the hell are these two? I yelled to myself in my mind. You know the feeling when you don't go to school couple days because you are sick or something and suddenly you have no idea what is going on because you missed everything? That was exactly what I was feeling. Like l have missed something huge. "Lora is right. You two should keep lower profile." Elena, our third friend said. She had blonde short hair which now had blue stripes on them. (She changed the color of her stripes more often than Riley got on dates. And like I mentioned before, that was often). Elena was good looking like all my friends. She was smart, sweet and very brave. Her skin was also tanned kinda like Rileys, but not as much. She was also only one of us with a boyfriend. Elena and her boyfriend Steve had been dating about a year now and they really were cute together. I was getting more annoyed of this feeling that I didn't know what was going on when all my friends seemed to know these two like they were our close friends. "Sorry we try our best but you know that's just our duty and we can't help it." Shorted guy answered apologetically. Just when i heard his answer, sharp pain went thru my head..
