"Yes, Your Majesty. I think the new plot of land for the Dwarven race would be feasible. Let me get back to you once I had seen the minimap from the domain. Be seeing you soon then." The engineeer excused himself as he took off towards he domain from the factory area and heads back to the Guild once he had done so. It seems he wished to skive from some responsibilities instead of attending to us.

"Uhh? Oh...I thought you are not done talking to the young man earlier about the plot of land. As you know, we are underground dwellers and the forging works would be done right underground instead of above ground like how you humans would do. Right now, I think a 20 feet by 20 feet locale would be fine since I am able to get some good and if not not, expert forgers to make those pieces that you need to be processed."

Hmm... Doc was already eating from my open palms when I had enticed him and the rest of them with the products that the factories are producing. Besides, Perky wanted to have a class of its own to teach rune writing and this would be best imbued into the new pieces of armour inserts.

"Perky, does your rune also help to enhance the pieces of armour? If lets say we need to enhance the armour to withstand heat resistance, could the rune be able to assist?"

I am sure Perky would be able to provide us with the necessary answers since it was enthusiastic about the conducive environment that the school was offering and there are quite a few classes in the upper floors that was not occupied for the time being.

"Yes, His Majesty. Some runes are being used to bless a house upon entering after construction. Some runes are able to be used as an addition or add on to weapons and armour pieces. I had noticed that the long sword that you are wielding have some free sockets and the trinkets you are wearing are adorned with perfect quality sapphires and rubies and some diamonds as well. If some runes were added to the trinkets, then the items would be enhanced further."

I listened intently and understood that the runes would be used to enhanced the prowess of the user. In this case, I am sure that the effectiveness of some of the attributes of the gemstones would also be enhanced.

"That's right, Audemars. Once a rune had been inscribed and worn, the attributes for the perfect quality gemstones would double or even quadruple. Besides, the effectiveness would determine on how well the rune was written." Ceres which had been dormant for quite some time sounded in my mind as it shared with me its inner thoughts as well as its ideas.

"Seems good, Ceres. Alright... I would make the arrangements for both the Dwarves and Gnomes to begin their induction here and be of service to us." I replied telepathically as I spoke to Perky and Doc that we would be planning for a rune writing class as well as a forging place to make the armour inserts for the militia forces.

"Errmm... Doc. What kind of payment do you require from us one we had come to an agreement to make a locale for you to be able to forge the mithril pieces for our militia?"

"Hmm... I heard you do have the watery wavy designs that you forge the weapons and had no name for the metal yet, am I right? How about this... You can get the one who conjured up those globules and hand it to us and we see what kind of tools the watery wavy design would be able to be made into. Furthermore we would like to see what happens if it was mixed with mithril and see how the effects would be, would that be alright?"

"Well Doc. It can be arranged. So I guess we can adjourned our discussion on having Perky to conduct its own class here in this school and at the same time for you to be getting the help of some forge masters to forge the mithril pieces while waiting for me to upgrade, is that right?"

Perky eyes lighted up the moment it heard that a class would be assigned for it to conduct a rune writing programme in school and Doc was delighted to render his assistance to us as well. Helping me was the same as helping Robin the Hood 3 centuries ago.

"I had been waiting to be part of your team once again, Mars. I had seen many benefits that would be shared among the two races and beyond. Furthermore I am sure that there would be other things that would be presented in the near future with the help of your guidance system, Mars."

I smiled when I heard about that and knew in that instance that Doc had also known about the guidance system all along and had been quiet about it. Amadeus and Perky was perturbed about their future especially in the land full of turmoil in Caras Kingdom. However, since Amadeus had moved his kin back to our town, filling up the populace as per needed and getting the kin to be accustomed to our way of life as a human.

Besides, I am sure that the community would be able to grow accustomed to having light green skinned mythical creatures with the signature leaf shaped ears working together in the corn fields or the factories as well as mingling with the rest of the community doing their everyday chores too.

Frankly, our town is rather unique and it welcomes all people and races from all walks of life...!

"Phoenix and  Eagle, I am sure that the induction that had been conducted the night before had no hitches so far, am I right? Is the census populace book back in the domain already? I would be going there to take a look and see how it is like. By the way, if you had done with the induction paperwork, why not lead the group to the essential buildings and services around town so that they would be able to find out more in depth about our town."

Phoenix and Eagle had despatched someone to send a set of armour kit to the domain conference hall were I would be picking them out later and scrutinise the design to I would be doing the implementations as before. The current armour piece that the Guardians are wearing are the same as the ones made from leather and had been worn across the board by all militia forces. The only unique about the Guardians are the type of shield and one handed sword that they wield.

"Yes, Your Majesty. We had completed registering the new induction for the new residents of this town and there are a total of 150 new household families. A new set of records had been added to it and everything is in order. At this moment, we advised the new households that you would be announcing to them if you allow them to take up residency at the maturing Baobab trees for the time being or simply take up the residency at the thatched houses instead during the initial phase of the induction."

"By the way, a set of armour kit had been sent to the domain and placed at the conference hall for you to scrutinise and plan for the new upgrades. I am looking forward for the upgrades since the last battle our Guardian had been was too harrowing and grotesque. Hope that the new armour kit would be beneficial across the board."

I was thankful that Phoenix and Eagle had performed the task beyond the call of duty and had even prepared the things that I need without asking them twice. I guessed working together for so long had formed a common understanding between us all.

"Thank you so much, gentlemen. Phoenix and Eagle would be bringing all of you to the essential services around the town square so that you would have a better understanding on how we managed to survive on our own and at the same time be able to support other towns too. Besides, we have a wide range of residents within the community that made up of Lords and Ladies that had dropped their hereditary peerage and become commoners."

"In this way, there would be a single hereditary peerage among the community here and everyone here is working closely with one another. Do not be shy to ask around the community and getting all the information that you need from Phoenix and Eagle. Please ensure that you do not miss going to the Priest and Priestess Guild right next to Old Jack's Blacksmith."

I thanked Phoenix and Eagle as they acted as ushers for the mythical races that had not the chance to go round the whole town. Since they all had the opportunity to do so right now, they would not pass it for the world and gladly followed Phoenix and Eagle as the duo gladly brought the group along and even visited the Granary, Cold Storage and the Wood Charcoal Process area before leaving the factory area.

As I watched Phoenix and Eagle leave with the rest of the group in tow, the rest of the royal family stayed behind as they waited for my latest instructions and suggestions. "Come, let us visit Aerin before we break for lunch and then we would be heading to home to enter the realm. We need to pick up the armour piece and see what we can do about it. Furthermore, Daddy would need some hours to perform some blacksmithing and hope that I would be able to level up today to Level 2. It had been some time since I had been hammering on those ingots. We can't always depend on the external help all the time since we also need to buck up and do on our own. Certain things may not be able to exposed to others while the general things would be alright to be shared among one another, don't you think so, children?"

The children looked up at me and can't help not disagreeing me one bit. "Daddy, does it mean that you would be doing the upgrades for the armours today as well? Do you need us to do some research and development and then Mummy could help to duplicate them using the Gutenberg machine too? At least you would be able to forge your way to Level 2 by today....!"

The children were simply ecstatic since I would be spending time in the realm with them and they had something to do in the realm as well. The children loved to do research as there would be an avenue for them to debate on the best designs and best implementations they could lay their eyes on.

The children had been a great help since they were bringing back some blueprints for the engineers to improve on the airship design once. Then they also had brought back the blueprints for the implementations for the automobile for themselves, which I think the children might have forgotten about it since the last time they had requested for them.

We walked over to the hospital grounds from the end of the factory area and once we reached the third floor of the hospital, Aerin was about to have her midday meal and was seen to be surrounded with a large bowl of steamed rice, a bowl of vegetables supposed to enrich the blood and lastly braised internal organs from a game meat.
