-Ashton- I noticed Sienna growing increasingly quiet and withdrawn as the day progressed. Understandably, the others weren’t thrilled about her presence in the office, and I couldn’t blame them. It was a lot to accept, but I felt it was necessary to give Sienna a chance, to see if we could make it work again. However, I became concerned when I observed her working slower and appearing less focused. I decided to wait until we all took a break before addressing the issue.
