The Princess Who Gave Her Life for Her Mom
Once upon a time there lived a beautiful and good princess named Malinda. When Malinda was born her parents made a wish. They wished she would be able to do whatever wants and not get hurt doing it. But the one thing her parents didn’t know was when you wish on a star you will git the punishment from it.     Twelve years past and Malinda went to climb the biggest mountain the kingdom. When she was half way up the mountain she fell. It wasn’t just a fall. When she fell, she fell on very big pointy rocks. She was suppose to die but didn’t.     Back at the castle her parents were talking. When her dad turned his back on her mom fell right were she stood. When her dad turned back around he seen his wife on the floor with wholes coming from her back to the front. The ones his daughter was suppose to have.     When Malinda got home she found her dad sitting in the dinning room crying. When her dad looked up he told her the whole story. From the wish on the star to his wife’s death. When she heard that she went to her room to decide what to do. Then it hit her she would go to the witches on the far side of the kingdom and ask them to trade her life for her moms. All Malinda wanted was for her dad to be happy again. And to her he was happiest with her mom.     So when her dad went to bed that night she climbed out her window. Ducked in the bushes from the guards and went through the whole kingdom. By sunrise she made it to the witches. When she went in she told them the story and asked them to trade her life for her mom’s. The witches were confused. They never had a princess come to them to trade her life for her mom’s.     “Why should we,” the witches asked.     “Because my dad is sad and I want to make him happy again and he was happy with my mom,” Malinda replied.     The witches thought it over. Then they decided to do it. When they were done she drank the potion and she fell in that second. Her mom was standing in front of the witches. She was wondering what happened. When she looked at her daughter on the floor she knew what happened. She was grateful that her daughter gave her life for her but she didn’t want her to do that. When she kneeled next to her daughter she started to cry. When her tears hit her daughter she woke back up.     “Why am I alive,” Malinda asked.     “You did a selfless thing so the tears from your mother brought you back,” the witches said. So they went home and lived happily ever after.                                                                                 THE END
