“Can you tell me why you think I should care about that?” I asked Dani absently as I swept the room.
She sighed dramatically as she rolled her eyes, sitting on my counter. She had her shirt pulled up to show off a scar that ran up her stomach, and one on her back too. A sword, she said. “That damn elemental and his ice sword! How will anyone ever find me attractive now?” She asked, pouting.
