Tsk, I walked up the stairs. I needed to get to work before 9. I walked into my room and decided to wear something revealing today. I rushed into the bathroom playing my favourite R&B playlist. I had a quick shower and put my hair up in a bun. I rushed out of the bathroom after my alarm went off. I dried my hair and wore my clothes, it was already 8. I had one more hour. I grabbed my keys and phone, applied my lip gloss and ran out. I locked my door and went down for breakfast. "Gabby when you're coming back could you get me bagels" grandma shouted from the laundry room. "Sure!!" I said pouring cereal into a bowl. I got milk and poured that in, I grabbed my earphones and wore them and decided to continue my playlist. I ate my cereal so quickly and rushed to the bus stop, it's already 8:40. How was I going to be there so early? I waited for the bus to arrive very anxiously. The bus arrived after a while and I entered the bus, everyone stared at me so badly. Was there something on my face? I sat down at the front and got my phone out of my phone and started writing. I got to my work place by 9, s**t!! I cursed under my breath while I climbed the stairs. I got to my desk and sat down immediately. I had to look like I was working before my boss came in. I removed my glasses and loosened my bun. I unbuttoned my shirt to show a little bit of cleavage, and wore my glasses back. "Don't behave like you didn't come late, Gabriella." Miss Wong said, looking at me. "It isn't your business." I shot back at her. "I can easily report you after all you're just a commoner and I'm not." "Enough Miss Wong get out, immediately." Joseph scoffed and shouted at her. "And Miss Gabriella you came late!!" "Sir, I came by 9." "When is the deadline for coming to work, Miss Gabriella?" "8:55." "You're gonna be talking to Mr Daniel when he comes into the office." He said walking out of my office. I could see Wong scoff at me through the glass doors. Argh!! I tossed my pen on my desk so violently. This company was just too strict easily Joseph, why is he so noisy and so strict. I laid down on my desk exhausted about how annoying this would all be with Joseph around often. After working for about an hour Mr Daniel arrived, I felt his dark aurora as he passed me, shivers went down my spine immediately. How can a man be this powerful, he barely even said a word to any girl but the amount of stares he gets. I wondered while looking at my employees saying he was hot. Joseph walked behind him, he was such a nosy pest. I received a call from Daniel asking me to come up to his office. I grabbed my phone and walked to the elevator, it was gonna waste time cause someone just entered, I ran up the stairs to the last floor. His office was just right in front of me, I felt shivers down my spine as I knocked. A deep voice replied,"come." I opened the door gently. "Miss Gabriella, welcome." He said pointing to the seat in front of him. I gulped so hard, I was so nervous. Was it so obvious, I'm shaking like a child. (I thought while walking towards the seat.) Or maybe when I'm seated it won't continue. I sat down in front of him,"sir good morning." I said with my head facing down." "Are you cold?" "Huh?" "Is the AC too much for you??" "Not at all sir." "Then why are you shaking like an eel?" Shit! It was so noticeable, he would think I'm weird now, my gosh( I squeezed my hands in tension.) "Are you sure you're alright I co.." "Sir I'm fine." I said, taking a deep breath. He nodded while removing a file and placing it In Front of me."open." I looked at the file in front of me and looked up at him, his stare was so intense, I flinched and picked the file up and opened it. "Before you read it, I choose you out of the other girls in this company, choose wisely." He said drinking his coffee. I was so curious, what could it be??
